Lets just say it became tall Tundra fictional tale and mystery possibly now only told around Tundra gatherings and overland campfires and occasionally mentioned on the Tundras.com forum.
Would be buyers and conspiracy theorists may debate this one for years. But one fact still remains no one on the forum who may have wanted that lease every got a chance to see it. By all accounts most say the real story is in the Twilight Zone under the name "the dog whistle"

Laugh all you want. I know what I saw. I looked on Tundras.com and there it was!! Just waiting for someone to take action. I kept looking at it, and tried to make some sense of what I saw, but no one would believe me that it was a good deal and it was real. It was there!!!

The tuning of the Toyota Tundra can often begin with the usual replacement of the radiator grille with an alternative one. The choice is - the usual grid, grid with places for installing additional LED lights and so on. But we went further. In the Toyota Tundra TRD Pro, which has been on sale since 2014, the radiator grille is distinguished by the presence of a wide central cross member and the letters TOYOTA in the middle. The equipment itself does not attract customers very much, due to the fabric interior, the usual air conditioner, the absence of hatch and other hardships, but the grille in our skilled hands turns into an original and sometimes exclusive element of the tuning of the Toyota Tundra 2014-2017.
    There can be several options.

Option 1 - the original grille TRD Pro (with the original plastic letters TOYOTA in the center), treatment with a protective coating LINE-X or painting with automotive enamel in one or more colors. It is also possible to integrate a pair of LED lights 10 "Rigid or Aurora into the center cross member.

Option 2 - the original grille of TRD Pro, the integration of the center of the letters of anodized aluminum TUNDRA, treatment with a protective coating LINE-X or coloring with automotive enamel in one or more colors. It is also possible to integrate a pair of LED lights 10 "Rigid or Aurora and LED backlighting of TUNDRA letters in white or orange color into the center cross member.
Option 3 - the original grille TRD Pro, the integration of the center of the letters of anodized aluminum on an individual project, treatment with a protective coating LINE-X or coloring with automotive enamel in one or more colors. It is also possible to integrate a pair of 10 "Rigid or Aurora LED lights into the center crosspiece and the LED illumination of letters in white or orange.

These options are available for order as separate components for replacing the regular grille for Toyota Tundra 2014-2017, and as part of the restyling kit for Toyota Tundra 2007-2013

Also, if you have already installed the TRD Pro grille, it is possible to modify it for any of the three options.

Details and cost of all three options - in our online store. To finalize your grids, please contact by phone or message form in the contacts section.

Naturally! While it's standard 5.7 V8, but the TRD compressor is waiting for its hour, and also waiting for its time experiment with the installation of a diesel engine from the Land Cruiser 200, with a more charged firmware

Yes, it sounds fun, but at our fuel price such cars are available to rich enough guys, and Tundra costs quite a lot of money in Russia than in the USA

@ixtrem, any pics of how that 2nd rear driveshaft carriers over to the 3rd axle and connects to it? I'm really curious on what else is going on back there, especially how much the 2nd axle would limit the 3rd's down-travel; inversely, how the 3rd axle would limit the 2nd's up-travel.
