IMG_0076.jpg IMG_0183.jpg IMG_0183.jpg All 304SS, true 4 into 1 with about 30” primaries. 1 3/4” tube diameter. 3” collectors. V Bands tig welded to the collectors. Also included are bolt on v band flanges and v band clamps.

These headers fit 2000-2006 Tundras. For 05-06 they block the air injection holes at the head. You may ‘tune’ out air injection with Quantum Auto, or use a HewittTech Bypass. Or just leave on the check engine light as it doesn’t hurt anything.

Pair our headers with our bolt on race exhaust to realize even more gains over a stock or a single exhaust system. With Dyno proven combinations this is the ultimate in performance offered by no other person or manufacturer on Earth, EVER.

We also offer 12 hole injectors for all 2uz engines for the best low end torque possible with or without our long tube headers. And for the 00-02 guys, we offer an adapter plate allowing you to run your throttle body on an 05-06 intake manifold.

Call today and speak directly to the engineer of your next exhaust system, Keith Carty. 760-877-4234.

Looks awesome, and I'd really love to see before/after dyno results you mentioned, for the headers and the injectors! If there's one engine mod I'd be willing to do on my 1GT, long tubes is it.

These headers are small run and bare bones priced, they can’t be discounted. But the catback portion of a race system can save $174!!

Agreed. I prefer not to be responsible for coating. If they get scratched during shipping it would be a bummer.

I appreciate the feedback. I would’ve agreed with you 20 years ago!!

the 5.7 tundras get even more. 49hp and 89tq to the rear wheels over stock with long tubes and a full race exhaust.

I wouldn’t post it if it wasn’t so;)

208-210 is baseline. 228 with single exhaust. 242 with duals.

    vvti gets way more ;)

Those gains are insane, some v8s don’t gain that from heads and a cam.

I’ve never seen a small block gain less than that with heads and cam. If so then there’s a mismatch

That said, given the design of every other aspect of our engines, the only thing that’s made ‘poorly’ is the exhaust manifolds. The intake and heads are meant to flow really well.

the manifolds are meant to put the cats close to the engine. That’s it.

But i dont want peak numbers, i want more power at lower rpm. Redline is at at 5250 anyway.

These headers fit 1/3uz also, if one were swapped?

That’s the point of being long tubes. Low end torque;)

If the motor was in the stock location they should fit a 3uz. The bolt pattern is the same.

Keith - do y'all do limited runs of these once a year or something like that til they run out? They look sweet, but I'm not in a huge rush and may be in a better financial spot in a year or two.

If it’s something you for sure want, order asap. Only one guy makes them for me. If something happens to him, or if he retires. Etc. I’m only ordering batches of 10 sets just so I’m not sitting on a bunch of them too. 760-877-4234

With theses headers, is there more space/less space to remove the front driveline on the 4wd models? With an all stock exhaust system, it’s a VERY tight fit to pull the driveline without removing the transmission crossmember.

never thought of that before. It's about the same, kinda..... The headers follow pretty closely the path of the stock exhaust, they're just bigger. But the stock mid pipes connect way further up, so removing them makes more room than when you remove the mid pipes on long tubes since the long tubes are way longer.

all that said, I've never tried, but I would think you could remove the stock front driveshaft with the headers in place.

Is your bolt on dual pipe race exhaust 50 state emissions legal? I didn’t see any cats in the pic. And is it made out of aluminized steel or is it stainless?

We have the option to install cats.

I normally make everything in Stainless Steel, the system is the pic is Stainless. We have an aluminized option which will save about $500. Either way the headers are all 304SS.
