Once I’m happy with the results, yes, I’ll put a batch up for sale. Working on a template for marking where to drill/cut out the console “tray” as well, since these are not through holes.

Got the Morimotos installed as well as the Baja S1s. Baja in amber and wide/cornering configuration are surprisingly bright for the size! So happy with them.

In contrast, not happy with the Morimoto headlights. Had issues with them blowing my turn signal fuse when I used the "flasher" non-DRL part I paid extra for. Subsequently, I don't have the sequential turn signals. There's also a plug I have no OEM counterpart for so..... yeah. For the cost, I truly expected a better install.

Truck was in the Dirt Expo this weekend and I have been wanting/needing a proper bridle set-up. 3 soft shackles and 6’ 80k lb cheater rope with bag from Freedom Ropes for $120. Second picture is one of my old not cheap soft shackles vs. the Freedom bridle rig shackles for perspective.

I used my Tundra to go cut down our Christmas tree with my parents. A family tradition we have been doing for years and years. We drove around checking out side dirt roads until we got up into the snow and then went several miles in until we found a spot with some good trees to cut. My dad got his completely stock Tacoma stuck trying to turn around and I showed him how to get out of it just by using what he had. No recovery needed, he used 4 low and his locker while I coached him and he got it unstuck.

    Beautiful view!

Good on keeping traditions going and getting your own fresh tree.

Our tradition of buying fresh tree might be our last this year...paid just shy of $100.

It's crazy how much tress are these days. We pay $10 for the xmas tree permit and go have fun as a family. We'll go find and cut the tress and then find a spot to have a family picnic. That's priceless in my opinion.

Luckily I have never had any issues with mine. For the sequential, make sure those connectors are unplugged. Make sure both fuses in the tap are 10 amp. That was an issue in a couple of batches (one was a 10 amp, and the other was a 5 amp). The fuse tap location was an issue that they had to change on the 4Runner side. The original location caused the headlights to turn on the power on sequence at random times. There is a thread somewhere regarding blowing the turn signal fuse. It may have the fix in it. I'm not familiar with the "flasher" part that you have....maybe because mine is a 2020 and didn't need it? :notsure:

Gave it a quick wash and hit it with ceramic spray wax. It definitely needs a full detail in the spring time.

Thanks for taking time to respond, bud.

Colton got at me last night and we figured it out. The non-DRL flasher is going back to Morimoto. It's trash imo. The instruction they include with the headlights doesn't mention sequential lighting on/off configurations. It also doesn't mention anything about the 2 included pig tails which also popped my fuse when used with or without the flasher.

No problem. Yeah I knew about the connectors for the sequential from their installation video a couple of years ago. I didn't use the pigtails either.
