Curious of any good options out there for Bed mat and Bed dividers. Weathertech has a mat for $258. I am in BC, any other options i should consider? Looks to have to order everything online out of the US for other options....

my dealer said there’s a shortage because the factory that mad them had a “weather” type event and got knocked out of production.

kinds pissed at my dealer as I,paid for a bed mat but it wasnt available.

called them last week to inquire about it and the guy looked it up on his system and stated discontinued and he had been given no info from Toyota around anything new coming out. He told me to look to a different brand and apologized. I am considering the weathertech or black armor mats...

A Bedrug mat would be the way to go if you can get it..
I can't tell if it covers the tailgate, but if not, get a tailgate cover as well.

Better than ANY rubber mat, and holds things in place.
So soft on your knees as well, you could sleep on it if you had to...

No pine needles here, but I've hauled plenty of firewood.
Swept and/or vacuumed the debris out.
Mud and sand were removed with a pressure washer.

With all your issues, it may not be for you..

I ordered the rough country through truck part superstore. Cheapest around and looks like the oem one that I have in my 22 Tacoma. Only thing is truck part superstore receives orders from rough country every 5-7 weeks and I guess I ordered just after they received a shipment. So 5 weeks in and still no bed mat for me.
I was told by my Toyota dealer that Toyota switched suppliers, new one available April.

when you say holds everything in place do you mean EVERYTHING?

I have sandbags for the winter and they slide on the plastic composite bed. Rubber mats hold pretty good. I’m intrigued by the bedrug. Don’t know if I’d need/want the full bedrug for the sides, but bed floor and tailgate would do

    Um, yes.
I've had a few 50# bags of sand by the tailgate when it iced over here.
They didn't move, granted I never SLAMMED on the brakes at that time.
I put cases of water from the store by the tailgate and they don't move, even if I forget about them for a few days.
Again that was driving like a civilized person..

    A boring story;
My wife and I went to help her friend clean her house for a move-out, she had sold the house.
Me and me being the way I am, wanted the house clean and ready to move in, so we fixed this and that.
Had to make a run to Walmart and I left my Dewalt impact driver and a set of bits on the tailgate, I forgot it was open.
When we got to Walmart 8 miles away, I backed into a parking spot, as I always do.
I saw in the backup camera the tailgate was down, I knew what I'd done, and figured my tools were gone.
But no, they sat on the tailgate where I left them, an 8-mile drive including a few miles on the highway.
I was wondering why that guy next to me was honking at me on the highway..:eek2:
    YMMV..
