Hello this is my first post but after searching around this forum and the internet I have struggled to find a rear seat cover specific for a doublecab tundra. Looking for something sturdy to install before installing car seats. Thank you for any suggestions.

I put Wet Okole neoprene covers. They are expensive, but I like them. Easy to clean, spill proof, not too cold in winter, not too hot in summer.

They make mats that go on the seat in between the car seat and the actual seat. No actual seat covers will protect the foam padding from getting imprints. Like @vtl said, Neoprene will do a good job protecting around the seat from stains.

I have a kids seat from time to time back in there. The foam recover relatively quickly.

How long are the seats installed at a time? I'm going on about two years now straight (maybe taken out once or twice for a few days) and I don't have anything under mine. I'm scared what condition it'll be in :(

It was permanently for about 6 months when we got our third kid and my Volvo decided to burn exhaust valve in engine and then 4-5 clutch pack in transmission and I had to rebuild them.

I'd say, we've had/have seats and boosters for at least 8 years now, never had any permanent imprints left in 4 Volvos (including a crappy Ford-era one, with 2 nanometer thick leather) are 2 Toyotas (including wife's TRD PRO w/ "leather" seats). We use "Britax Vehicle Seat Protector", which is not sold anymore, but that mat looks very similar: www.amazon.com/Clek-Mat-Thingy-Vehicle-Protector-Black/dp/B016M5LFQY

Wife's Sequoia got a seat the same day we bought it 1.5 years ago. It has it there permanently, I only take it out briefly every so often to dispose shovels of lost Goldfish crackers and gummy bears. I see nothing that would reject to pop up or would spoil texture or paint or whatever.
