Amber should look good. My 03 Taco came stock with amber and I liked it. Went well with the white face gauges.

Tip for anyone replacing your steering rack bellows. Make sure you know which part# goes with each side. They look very close and once you put the wrong one on, it takes some force to remove. I controlled my mangling tendencies this time.

Also, a pipe wrench and jack handle make quick work of the inner tie rods.

Have to agree to disagree. Ive owned two of those v6 turds. Danger slow.

If it gets above 90* you might get 20whp out of sc. Unless you add a IC.

Well that's a bit excessive. It really depend on your altitude now. Air density is the frienemy of boost. If you're looking for consistency a FMIC in a must Super, Pro or Turbocharged. If your looking for max performance adding a water meth injection kit to your intake pipe is a good way to go. You can also just use methonal as well it will really bring down cylinder and intake temps. And if youre usong a big enough injector you will need to tune/ code it into your combustion programming. But you'll never not make power.

You can also add a CO2 fogger for the front mount, chilling it will help with lowering the IT temps

I paid $1,000 for them. It’s a lot but I really like them and they are new. Do you have a pic of your truck with them?

Changing the spark plugs for the first time in my "new to me" tundra. 7/8 ignition coils have cracks. On 6/8 the crack is along the plastic seam. Is this a major issue? What catastrophy eventually happens if I continue using these coils?

might cause some trouble in heavy rain, most of mine are cracked like that, but hasnt been an issue yet.

Misfires at the most inopportune time. Might be best to have a couple coils on hand just in case or just replace them proactively.

In addition to what they said, you can get Denso replacements on Rock Auto. Around $57 last I checked.

Damn, I didn't want to blow over $400 on a spark plug change. $52 ea on rock auto. Oh well.

Spark plus cost $3/each. Coils go for $52 and don’t have to be changed as often unless they’re the 100k platinum type.
