Aftermarket Auto Stop/Start Delete Module

Selling a used after market auto stop/start reverse module. This module will work as when you start up your truck, the auto stop/start feature will be turn off. No shipping. Local pick up in Houston, TX for $25.

Does this turn the system OFF, while keeping the Amber light OFF? Or the does the dash light come on still?

 

With the module installed, the truck starts up and the amber lights come on indicating that it is off and the auto start/stop is turned off. When you want to turn it on, you push the physical button and it will turn on and the amber lights will turn off.

 

OK. Thanks for the reply. I want the "Feature" to be disabled, without the amber light on the dash. I just don't like any idiot lights illuminated.

 

This unit is the closest you're going to get. I installed this back in October and I like you wanted the amber night off, and I must say now with in a week I don't even notice it. Damn nice no engine turning off and on foolishly.

 

My "no dash lights" paranoia comes from my 2002 4Runner. That truck had 290,000 miles. Engine lights were on the whole time I owned the truck. They Literally came on as I was driving it home the first time. No Biggie. I'm a Car Guy and i know the difference between an Evap problem and an oil pressure light. I'm the only one who drives my trucks.

One day The Wife needed to drive my 4Runner. I said - "don't worry about the dashboard lights" - But, a BIG light came on. And she ignored it, as instructed. That's the end.
