Good to know the 45 day policy that might help with the decision. Do you have 18s or 20s on your tundra? I have the 20 inch limited wheels so I’m wondering if the lower profile would make it a bit more harsh. Trying to stay with the stock wheel for now just want a beefier tire. The Bridgestone duellers mine came with are meh at best. I know a lot of times most people are really going overboard on complaints in forums so I like to try stuff for myself. But at around 400 dollars a tire it’s a tough pill to swallow if I don’t like them. Truck is mostly hauling stuff for business purposes and a road trip vehicle. I work from home so besides those two things it rarely moves unless driving around town for errands. So it’s not like I live in my vehicle but also don’t want to get up the comfort for mostly looks.

I have 20” limited off-road wheels. Before these were mounted I had the 18” off-road wheel

The Nitto and Toyo are made in the same plant in GA. You will have a fine tire either way.

I have a '23 1794 non TRD which has 265/60/R20 Bridgestone Dueller HTs. Very long story short I only have 15k miles on the truck and the side walls are dry rotting near the bead. Bridgestone agreed that it would be covered under the warranty but since they are older than 1 year old they are going to charge me for the wear on the tries which comes down to a few hundred dollars I didn't want to spend on them. My goal was to wear them down and get some beefier tires on the truck. I just got a camper and now I'm a little concerned the dry rot might get worse hauling the trailer.

According to Toyota's website the TRD package came with Falken Wildpeak AT3W 265/60/R20. If that is true is any one selling these as they upgrade to a bigger pear? I'm near Illinois and wouldn't mind picking up in a nearby state. Shoot me a message if you are selling them.

Also let me know if anyone else has this problem. Bridgestone has been a bunch of dirt bags about it and Toyota points the finger back to Bridgestone.

Wow love the graph. I actually just took mine on a long road trip over the last couple days. It currently has 265/65/r20s on it and was able to get close to 20 mpg on the trip. I'm thinking i may just put in the 1.5" lift and leave the tires i have on it. I'm so used to driving 3/4 tons so the height difference is definitely noticeable. may see a slight decrease in mileage but happy with what i'm seeing with the current tires.

    Lots of stuff!
The Canadian TRD version has a bunch of bits and pieces but the biggest thing is the rear locker followed by the 360 cameras.

It looks like you got a Limited trim (Silver Moustache)? The other things would be little red interior accents and the bed side stickers.

You can always get a TRD OR suspension from one of the forum users as they come up all the time and are usually a great price.

The biggest thing for me is the 360 cameras which really helps to see around the truck for parking. The locker is only available in 4LO. I have only turned it on once for a minute but haven't had much use so far.

I replaced the 18" TRD OR wheels right away as I just didn't get into the machined aluminum look with the black. If you want them, I would be happy to work out a great deal with you (PM if interested). I have 4 wheels plus the spare wheel and wheel bolts and locks too.

I have changed out my TRD OR Grille and fender flares to the ones on the PRO so I have them as well. If you are interested on making the truck more like the TRD OR! I only mention this as we will be travelling through Alberta (Calgary area coming up soon).

I haven't had it fully flexed, but I have no rubbing yet. I've checked lock to lock in forward and reverse and flexed it mildly to check clearance and all looks good.

I modified the metal bracket for the felt liner in the front. Cut new slots for the bottom screw clips on the felt liner and cut the horn to the frame on the back side. I also cut and rewelded the crash box and reinstalled it so I could pin the felt liner to it with the OE plastic clips and removed the front mudflaps.

I dropped about 2MPG after leveling and tires. Tires made a bigger difference than the leveling.

That’s dedication to quality right there. I just reinstalled my sway bar and am rubbing at full lock on +25, but I pushed the fender liner brackets in front, forward to get that rubbing to stop. Crashbars have been gone for some time now though. Nice work

    Thank you!

Do you have a sway bar drop bracket installed?

I do not and I'm wondering if that's why you're rubbing and I'm not.

I'm not done with them yet, but I'm working on cutting, threading and spacing out the front sway bar end links to achieve a similar result as the drop bracket offers without the rub.

I’m going to guess it’s due to the +12 offset. That’s half an inch, which I feel like would eliminate my issues. Bora makes a .75” wheel spacer but I’d have to grind my studs down to fit which is not appealing. I could go back to my 0 offset wheels but probably rub on the fenders then. I wish someone made a 1/2 spacer that wasn’t deadly to drive on

There are plenty of .50" hubcentric spacers available, but unfortunately, I can't find one that's the correct bore. They're all made for 78.1mm Chevy wheel hubs. Maybe reach out to Wheel Adapters USA and see if they can turn you a pair.

I personally wouldn't run a 0 offset wheel on this truck. I'm not a fan of the looks. But besides the subjective aspect, it really limits up travel, which is already pretty minimal on these trucks. I'd hate to need to replace a fender after a high speed impact jams a spinning tire into it. You could get away with it more with a 35", but not with a 37".

How much steering are you losing from the tire/sway bar contact?

Maybe 60° to full lock. Barely anything. Just me being needy. Drove the truck without a sway bar though and that was shit for the way on drive on highways. These trucks have such short lugs as it is, I’m not a fan of the hub centric stuff. More than likely why they don’t make them for these trucks.

The 0 offset was not my favorite. Another reason to switch.

Initially, I had some concerns about the "poke" factor. However, after spending five days constantly staring at my truck, questioning whether I had made a foolish decision, I have grown to like it! The handling and ride comfort are perfectly adequate, with only a few minor variances noticed. For me, it exudes more of a truck like feeling and appearance now.

Any rubbing when flexing the suspension? My truck came with 20s but Looking for 18s for off-road use...but those look good and that's a decent amount of rubber!

Ever full flex? Not that I expect to fully flex...not rock crawling, but 30+ miles from pavement/overlanding. Your statement makes me think I can easily run 275/65/r20 tires. Likely LT version of the AT4Ws.
