Installed the QI wireless charger upgrade from www.europeanenterprisesfirm.com yesterday. This thing Rocks. Way better than the stock charger. The phone actual said, "Fast Wireless Charging". The light has 3 colors. Red Charging, Purple 100% Charged, and Blue not connected or standby.

Made some brackets for the Uptop molle to carry the bikes. It looks like there is no interference with the tent!upload_2024-3-15_16-21-56.jpg upload_2024-3-15_16-22-23.jpg

Yes. Single part number included the usb port and the Y cable.
I couldn’t find this part on Toyotas official parts site, but my dealer did. It could be limited to Southeast Toyota Dealers.

Cool. I’m going to order one. Is there a thread or any info on where it plugs in underneath? Assuming the plug is under there somewhere and we don’t have to splice it in. Lol

How hard was it to install? I want a batter qi charger but don’t feel like tearing apart the entire dash to change it. Does the factory qi charger pull out without removing the dash?

Dropped the truck off at the dealer on the 11th for oil change, recalls, noise in headliner and remote start stopped working. Everything is done but apparently the remote start issue is up at corporate with no resolution date . Fortunate enough that they gave me a loaner. Anyone had issues with remote start not working? Seems to have started right after my free year trial was up. (Yes I’m now paying for it)

I have it on good authority OnStar has started selling information about driving habits to insurance companies. GM is supposedly the only manufacturer doing it but I saw in the Toyota app there is an option to opt out of insurance reporting which means to me it is all set up when Toyota decides to cash the checks. I am still on my free year but I promptly ditched it. I will survive without the remote start and the emergency call button like I have for my previous 40 years of driving. Can they still get me? Who knows. All I can do is disconnect from the app.

I'm sure it will be like Google where when you opt out of all the tracking they do they pretend like they are no longer doing it and it appears that way to you since the apps will no longer show the information (to you). The Feds are still collecting everything.

Give it a look over when you get it back, that's when the real awesomeness shows. The only damage I have on my truck, scratches and what not) are from a dealership working on it.

Dropped my truck off for ceramic coat. It was an expensive pill to swallow after just buying the truck, but I will happier in the long run knowing I have extra paint protection.

Does that clip into an existing harness or did you have to run an additional power supply?

It clips into the existing harness of the usb ports in the center console. then simply have to fish it along the inside of the console down passenger side.

You will have to remove the shifter and cover to get to the console usb ports.

it was very very easy. The shift knob is really easy to remove. everything else is snapped in.
I was worried about pulling apart the console, but afterwards i could do it in my sleep.

Thanks for all the info. I ordered the part number you shared yesterday from sparks.. $57 isn’t too bad in my opinion but shipping is $26. Kinda annoying considering how small it is lol. All together, $84 for the module.

Installed some S&B airfilters. Was a little challenging… took about 2 hours. Great quality!

    None. Just bought.
How hard was it to remove the console to install the ports? I’d like to put a 12v port in the rear. Toyota put a 115v and USB ports on my Limited, but the only 12v is on the dash. Dumb IMO.
