Anyone have experience with this kit? I currently have 6112/5160 (set at about 2") with a deaver half pack for payload. Only use truck for camping, hunting and fishing, so it's usually loaded down when I use it. I recently purchased a Go Fast Camper which weighs about 270#. Sold my shell which was probably 100#-ish? I took my drawer, tools and camping gear that lived in back, out of the truck and it sags probably 1/4-1/2" more than with the shell and gear in it. Granted, it sagged slightly before the GFC with all that in back. Went to local shop this morning to order this kit. Everything I've read seems to indicate it would raise rear, level it out when loaded and increases payload a bit. I do not tow with my truck, just load the bed for trips. Would appreciate hearing from other Tundra owners what your experience was and if it in fact will lift/level out the truck. I'm not concerned with payload as I don't go that heavy, unless deep sea fishing (my record is seven coolers/kill bags full of tuna, dorado and yellowtail). Thank you.

Does not increase payload. Will provide additional spring rate in the rear suspension. Has been discussed ad nauseam on here. Search and ye shall find. Most really like it.

I have it on my F-150. Extremely happy with the performance and how you can dial it to the weight you need. Rides great unloaded too.

I have it, it works great. My only complaint is that the spring assembly is kind of noisy/squeaky on turns or terrain. I only hear it with the windows down though. Handles trailers like a champ and completely eliminated the sag. I much prefer it over the airbags I've used in the past and have on my F-150.

I have the same shock setup as you with the front set to 1.3”.

I am hauling this around this summer. All of this probably weighs 300ish pounds and it sagged 1” with stock suspension. The HD RAS set with the 1mm disk gave back the 1” of sag.

Rear suspension feels more confident and it rides well. It does make a little noise on big bumps.

Should note I still have the TRD rear sway bar installed. I may remove it to see how it goes without.

Ive had the HD version on my Tundra for years. Love it. Helps support the soft factory leafs without the unloaded jarring ride of add a leaf or airbags. IMO it performs and does all that active suspension says it does.

Great results from RAS HD kit here. Very easy install, great resale value if you choose too. Hard to not like!

Thanks everyone, appreciate the input. Wasn't sure if I should bail on it and just get new leaf springs, at more than double the cost! I'll give these a try.

Here's a before and after pic, with just my GFC on the back. Nothing in the bed. We'll see what it looks like loaded up next week when I go camping.

Love my RAS too. Smooths out the rear and adds about 1" height to the rear when unloaded...obviously reduces sag when loaded.

The difference is easily noticeable without a load in back. I'm going on a trip next week and will post another pic with the majority of gear in it.

Thanks. I'm running a 285/65/18 tire that runs slightly smaller than other brand 285s. Probably getting new tires next year, and will consider getting 295s. These currently look a little small.
