Brothers great to be a part of the 3rd generation now. Just traded in my 2014 Platinum 4X4 which I loved. Tundy was like part of the family. Nicknamed by my daughter back in the day. I installed a leveling kit on my 2014 to fit my XD Monster rims and tires. I wanted to do the same to my new 24 Limited 4X4. I did a little research and a few guys are saying it could void the warranty. I called my dealership and they stated it was a possibility. The only way to completely avoid this is to have Toyota put it on for guess what $7000. I thought he said $700 at first! Ridiculous cost!
I should have done more research the dealer had a Limited TRD with a factory lift that day I purchased. I would have gone that route. Question, anybody have issues with their lift installed outside of Toyota? Also, how common is this voiding of the warranty? I don't want any problems with the dealership and warranty over a 2 inch spacer at best. I am only about 2000 miles into this new pup!

    Thanks

Following, because I have the exact same question. I don't want a lift, I just want to get rid of the stock rake.

A lot of guys in here(including me) are running the Rough Country 1.75 level kit with no issues. Still 1/2" higher in the rear, good looking stance. Cheap to get installed as well.

I have a 2” BDS level and haven’t had any issue.

I ended up buying that one too. Install today. Maybe. Depends on how motivated I get (not very high right now).

I had a local shop(I trust) do it. It was only round $250 I believe, plus alignment. The shop guys did say it was easier than they thought it would be, if that helps motivate you.

Thanks Brother. I am getting estimates here in Texas around $500. I found a reputable shop here, and the owner has a 3rd gen with a six inch. He said he would make sure to do the job right. Thanks, I am going to roll with him.
