Installed some CarPlay via Carpuride. Works great! Fast connection when I start the truck too. Using my Ram Mount, it is low enough to not obstruct my view. Cost less than $200. Working on running the wire somewhere out of sight. The great thing is I can transfer and use it in any of my other vehicles too. Definitely recommend!

Finally got rid of the chrome bumper ends, front and back. Used the plastidip base followed by bedliner method. Pretty happy with how it turned out.

Also did Cerokote trim treatment on handles and mirrors. Made a big difference.

Had this conversation with my dad a few months ago on our way down to pick up some new to me JBA upper control arms. I mentioned how it kinda shocked me how much I feel like I aged between 34 and 35.

His reply was, "Yea, I remember turning 35. 40 was worse. Then 50 sucked. But boy, 60 was a whole new ball game." He'll be 69 in a few months. I'm worried :annoyed:

Over the past few days I installed some parts I had on my to-do list. Griptec 77.5mm SC Pulley, XAT Crank Damper, XAT Water Pump and Fan Pulleys, HO Alternator, Upgraded Tensioner I bought from ViktorG, and a smaller Gates belt.

    Quick question.
So after installing the bilsteins and raising the front 2.5inches do I need to wait to get new (bigger) tires before I get an alignment or can I do it now with old tires?

I’d say do it now! You’re aligning your suspension components, not your tire

How long until you get the tires? If its not long, I'd wait. Also, how much bigger are you going? Your supposed to have the alignment checked after increasing tire size since it does affect how everything sits. So do, some don't.

Get an alignment now, do no wait until tires. Might be worth getting a second after the tire install
