Installing tow mirrors with backup leds. Any suggestions where to tie these in to the back up wiring, with in the cab? Thanks

My boost mirrors, I believe I ran the white wire to the passenger side of the truck, I'll have a look when I get home.

Well I managed to run both to the passenger side under the dash and out the rubber grommet, just not sure where the backup light wiring is? I figured I'd just ground the neutral?

You have to pull the passenger side kick panel and tap into a wire... I was supposed to check last night, my bad. I'll look tonight.

    Pretty things
Sounds like you already have a plan, but I wired my reverse LEDs to the cargo light switch. It is super convenient to have them switched so I can decide when they are on or off.

Initially I had thought to use them as courtesy lights, but they only blind you upon entry, so I never have the switch on "door". Since the lights are so damn bright, I also would not want them to activate every time the truck is in reverse.

I am very happy with my decision to wire with the cargo lights. I can even flash "my brights" at those annoying tailgaters.
