Can anybody confirm or deny that the update they received fixed the issue where the sound does not mute when using Siri in Apple Pay or receiving a voice prompt?

That has mainly been my biggest gripe with the interface. I’ve seen some other threads and quick videos on YouTube describing the same issue and frustration.

The latest update does NOT address that issue.

And for the issue mentioned earlier where CarPlay keeps defaulting to Waze on the Home Screen even if you are actively using Maps. I broke my iPhone 12 Pro Max the other day and bought an iPhone 15 Pro Max and that issue isn’t happening anymore. So if you have that issue just buy a new phone loll

I don't know if that version is on public site yet but I have had good results using usb stick to update radio in other vehicles. Fixed constant reboot in my Sequoia recently for example.
    Site has instructions.

Does anyone have a problem with the side bar remaining on the left of the screen when you switch over to CarLinKit? I've tried a couple of troubleshooting methods that I've found online, but nothing seems to make the side bar disappear as it did before.

Updated software and now I have a new problem. The truck will NOT display the correct time in the DIC. When I change time zones it doesn't automatically change anymore, even though the setting in the System Settings is set correct. The CarPlay time switches just fine, but when I go into a different time zone the truck stays the same. Frustrating.

'23 SR-5, and literally just got the update notification for this yesterday. I've answered the poll and yes it fixed an issue I had. One non-HD FM station in the area with RDS would not display song and artist information. Confirmed on my wife's 2016 4Runner that the data was present, but for some reason it didn't work on this one station. As soon as the update completed it was the first thing that I checked and it is now fixed.

Only other issue I have is random disconnects, so will wait to see if that occurs. Was very random, so I'll likely never really know for sure.
