What really are the differences? Besides a different door decal, painted rear bumper, and a different grill, I’m not seeing any other real differences. I am getting ready to pull trigger on either a Limited at $58,800 or a Platimum at $63,300. For $4500 difference i can live with out the few differences.

There’s a lot more to it than that. Air conditioned seats? Real leather? Power fold mirrors? Upgraded headlights? I think there’s quite a few significant differences. What was your source of info when you researched this?

Limited does not have real leather. The limited does not come with the premium headlights. Limited does have front ventilated seats, platinum has it both rows.

The limiteds are nice, that’s what I was shopping for when I found a good deal on a 1794. $4500 is only 75 bucks a month on a 60 month lease, I’d get the one that you like more, looks better, color, etc.
I think the platinum may have ventilated rear seats which is a baller flex when you need to transport the in-laws.
Not sure if the limited you’re looking at has the 360 degree camera thing but that is pretty nice too with how big these hoods are.

I got the limited with ventilated seats heat and AC, power fold mirrors, heated steering wheel, big fancy radio and it has softex which I like a lot. So guess if sunroof and leather is better then go big..

I guess the question would b with the extra extras added to the limited, what did that do to the difference in price?

Mine's a "loaded" Limited: JBL, 360 cams, Pano, Limited Premium package, Limited Power package.
Only things I couldn't have that the Platinum does have: Leather, ventilated rear seats and the mood lighting.
I have the "premium" LED headlights. I believe they are part of the Limited Premium package.

The Limiteds can be had "de-contented" almost to SR5 levels, (hard to find though) or loaded up like mine.

This is why i come to you all for information. My big wants are simple, dual air (wife is alway messing with the temps), new digital dash gauges, and the larger screen. This is going to be fun when i actually get to make this happen. Has anyone seen a Platimnum without the sunroof? Is it even possible, without special ordering?

I would have to look up all the little things but here are just a few more off my truck off the top of my head

    rear heated and vented seats
    Rain sensing wipers
    AVS
    rear integrated sunshades
    Power running boards
    HUD

I think you can get the load leveling rear on the limited

OP was saying $4500 but we don't know how either were optioned out.
When I bought mine, there was a consistent $4800 to $5K difference between the loaded up Limiteds like mine and most Platinums.
I figured I could do without leather and a few other doo-dads and save $5K-ish.

Can't get digital dash on Limiteds unless you go hybrid.

Platinum come with pano and you can't special order anything.

ya, no idea , I wasn’t knocking anything just to be clear

I wanted a platinum loaded with the advanced package , when you do that , the full list is pretty long actually with stuff beyond the limited

Load leveling for sure but not sure about the AVS. That definitely would have been nice.
I will be putting air bags on mine for towing, but I'll bet yours rides better with the AVS.
    The rest....meh. For me anyway.

My Platinum is only missing the tow meers, if you call that an upgrade. But it has the power running boards and load leveling.

Don't forget the exterior differences too.

My limited came w/ folding mirrors, pano roof, heated/cooled seats w/ softex leather, premium LED head lights, JBL, 14" screen, memory seats, heated steering wheel, trailer brake controls. The things I don't have are auto leveling bags, mood lighting, power telescoping wheel, rain sensing wipers. I'm sure you can get a few more options but I didn't feel the extras were worth the extra cost, especially when my limited MSRP was $65k. I paid just over $60k. JMO

My limited I had had ventilated seats in it. But it was missing some stuff. I have a 24 Platinum, and it has a lot of extra stuff that my limited did not have. To me it was worth difference. I didn't think power steps were that big of deal until I started using them. Also, cameras have view button you push to view at any time. When you get close to something cameras automatically show up on screen. That was main things that made a difference to me.

    Lots of stuff!
We got the 360 cameras with our Limited because of the TRD OR package.

The better stereo would have been nice and the better headlights.

We don't get the configuration options up here so we have to base our choice on the trim and if we can get the TRD option if there is something in that selection.

Then add the TRD Pro option to the Limited which gives you a bunch of things in that package.
