I have searched a few different ways and not found a thread on it, so going to ask here.

Are there any threads on after market heated steering wheels, or even using maybe an OEM one? I found one on the website that sells the auto up/down window buttons and it looks nice. I have seen the threads on the regular leather replacements. This looks like the resolvo with heat added.

Mirrors look good and how do you like the Toyota Open Country tires? What size are you running?

Do they have BSM or heat? I assume they are still remotely adjustable.

seems that way, my commute is 53 miles one way. Will see how it does on that trip because it will include the highway. This was just a little over 11 miles mostly all backroads without much stop and go. I’m also running all stock on the wheels/tires etc.

They are the RT in 35x12.50-17. They work well and the wear seems acceptable. They have gotten louder with age, but performance has been consistent. I’d definitely buy them again given how I use my truck, but if I were commuting I’d go with an AT style tire instead. I have Toyo MT on my first gen desert truck and they have held up to all the abuse I put that truck through.

The heat function still works and the big mirror is remotely adjustable. My truck doesn’t have BSM, but they claim these mirrors do have the function if your truck has it stock. Here is the link to the mirrors: https://www.ebay.com/itm/386568738689

Very tempting for the $$... I'd lose pwr fold, but rarely use it anyway.

Just remember the tow mirrors stick out further. I never folded my stock mirrors and figured I'd only occasionally fold my tow mirrors. I fold them a lot of the times I'm out and about and parking somewhere not my house or work.

I know not everyone folds their's when they park. But I do like being able to just fold them in if I feel like the cars parking on either side will be closer than I would like.

Do the mirrors shake a little, I have had issues with cheaper mirrors when you drive on the highway they have a little shake to them.

I have the Boost mirrors. I have not noticed any shaking of them even at high speeds (Texas highways)

My boost auto mirrors shake a tiny bit but you have to really be looking for it.

The roads here are also crap.

Only problem I see is the original hardware had a built in washer to spread the load and I don’t see a washer on the new bolts. Tighten to much and you could crack the lid.

What is the procedure to add the turn signal function? Is the wiring already there? What year/model is your truck?

As long as the mirrors purchased have the turn signal function and are wired for a Tundra, the turn signals will work even if your stock mirrors didn't have a turn signal indicator. The wiring is already there in the truck harness.

Some of the lower cost mirrors are not pinned to match the truck harness and it normally just takes swapping 2 wires in the mirror harness for everything to work.

The only functions that require running wires is if you add power folding (not adjusting) and your truck didn't have it, or the reverse light that most of the GM style mirrors have.

Got my fender flares on today. The rubber strip between flare and body was a pain. But, I like it. :) There’s just a little bit of sidewall sticking out. Hopefully the side of the truck won’t get as dirty.

Thank you. I have a 3.5 RC full struts in the front. 2” blocks in the rear. Also have airbags in the rear to help tow the 29’ camper. The RB 20 slim running boards give it a higher look than the OE side steps.
