Do they happen to have a store location to buy from or must they be purchased online and shipped? I tried looking them up, but couldn't find anything other than a comment stating they were based in Phoenix. I'm in need of a set as well - drivers side gave out about a month ago.

I don’t think think they sell direct, but you can get them at SDHQ or State 48 Overland

Just placed an order for a Gator SRX Soft Roll Up Tonneau Cover. I'm generally not the biggest fan of tonneau covers, but with a 2,750+ mile road trip coming up for Thanksgiving, I think it'll be nice to have the extra coverage for all our stuff in the bed. And it's $50 off right now so that doesn't hurt. Will report back on the quality for anyone interested once I get it installed.

Good looking family. I know a guy from shooting USPSA that has a LS-powered Jeep-looking rock crawler with 2 little girls that seem to love riding with dad. Except when he is doing the Moab/King of the Hammers stuff.

Finally got around to installing my Hotshot Offroad light bar brackets. But of course, I ran into an unforeseen problem. One nut and stud on the drivers side mount gave up on me, due to the bumper spacer and the thickness of the of the new brackets. No worries I guess, 5/6 holding it on will have to do till I can get another nut that will hopefully grab. IMG_2929.jpg IMG_2930.jpg
If I had a dollar for every time I’ve had the grill off this truck lol

so now we’re off to do some target shooting to get ready for deer season.

I had a TRD Pro grille on my truck, until 2020 when a 4x8 sheet of plywood thought that I should replace it and my windshield.
    IMG_5648.jpg IMG_5650.jpg IMG_5651.jpg

I still ran the cracked grille for a few weeks, but eventually swapped back to my stock 2014 chrome one. I always hated that the center was gray when the bumper was black-ish. I decided to put the TRD Pro grille on today to see how bad it was and to see if I wanted to buy a new one. Two tabs, including one of the bolt tabs, on the bulge were gone. The lower grille had a large crack. I also have TRD Pro headlights that was I going to swap one, but come to find out some dude on offer up screwed me and the passenger upper tabs were broken. I missed it when I bought the lights a few years ago, so I kept the stock lights.

I installed the TRD Pro grille and wasn’t very concerned about the damage, but the color was way off, far more than I remember. That didn’t make sense to me, since the white of the truck, which lives outside, is so much brighter than the grille, which has been in a box for 4 years. I decided to put the TRD Pro insert into my chrome grille. It was easy, though I broke 2 tabs on my chrome grille. I’m pretty sure that I like the look, though I need to paint the bumper plastic black. I’m going to run it for a little while and if I do love it, I’ll buy a new TRD Pro grille and put the new insert into the chrome one. I generally hate chrome, but for some reason I like it on this truck.

SDHQ makes a nice mount if you are looking for one.

Already on order! I've been eyeing this setup for quite a while and decided the fam road trip was a good excuse to pull the trigger

Edit: Posted at the same time, great minds think alike! That might not be great news for you, I often don't think :D

Had some dealership points at a dealer where I buy my TRD stuff from, had enough to get the TRD shifter for $20. Is it simply a nicer piece of kit than the plasticky, wish.com thing that came stock, yes, could I have happily lived with the stock shifter till the end of time, also yes.

I had the 6112, no way that they compare to the new series but they are digressive shocks, so same principal. I personally went from the 6112 to Fox 2.5 Progressive. I see you have Fox now. The digressive ride different on the road than off-road. At least for the 6112, you felt every little peddle on the road. The Fox are way better for everyday driving and road comfort. The Bilsteins are for more off-road fast driving. In my honest opinion, having had both digressive and progressive, I would never go back to a digressive shock again. I also would have bought the Fox 2.0 as the 2.5 I got are way of an over kill for daily driving but for the price I got them for it was stupid not to. Most people won't use a 2.5 resi CO to its full capacity, probably like 30-40%.

I did a DD 12" exhaust this past weekend. At first without the resonator and the hole already drilled in the tail pipe, it was louder than I expected. I almost removed it and went back to stock. The next day, I went and picked up the right clamps for the resonator and installed it. Now it's perfect for what I wanted. I tad bit louder over stock when city driving and a louder tone when you get on it. I do hate that now the exhaust drowns out more of the supercharger whine over the stock exhaust. I have a DW fuel pump and DW injectors gong in next. Along with a Sonnax shift kit. Also currently ordering parts to redo my brakes, so I do have SDHQ SS brake lines on the way.

Thanks for the info. I had the 6112 before I installed the Pro Fox stuff. I thought the 6112 sucked on road. The Pro Fox is better but I figured there has to be better stuff available so I went all out on adjustable 8112s. @memario1214 at Hotshot was a great help figuring out what direction I should go in.
