I have no idea honestly. This is all new to me. I'm wondering if I'm better off going with the Rich Solar or Renogy. I'm open to suggestions :)

If you have the real estate you might consider going with 200W panels, they're not that much bigger and not that much more money.

Same number of mounting holes but double the power. More panel is the cheapest and easiest way to allow for less than optimum conditions.

General rule of thumb is 200W of solar for every 100Ah of battery, so my original plan of 400W probably would've been sufficient for my needs, but a little overkill is nice to have and didn't cost much more.

Probably won't need it, but might as well get a warranty with your panels.

Pretty cool setup....I was inquiring about how to pass solar cables inside my house. Im using my panels we normally bring camping to charge up my Delta2 & Extra Battery that powers my home server.

For my travel trailer, i just keep the panels loose and put them out when i need to, i put my charger right next to the storage area so i just keep the flip door open.

    Cool!

You told him specifically the Ecoflow unit you wanted to use them for? Thats' nice being able to actually speak to a human.

i run a 200a bms, works fine for me. What are you trying to power?

I dont remember seeing him do a teardown, but i'd imagine its similar/same as other budget batteries.

So my setup is up and running. Thanks @Mater for all of the assistance. :hattip:

EcoFlow Delta 2 powering the Davis Air Dryer at 130 watts
Renogy panels 200 watts each wired in parallel
Renogy 40 amp inline fuse (ANL)
MC4 to XT60I adapter cable to connect directly to the EcoFlow. The EcoFlow has a built in MPPT controller.
