Interesting. "The front suspension on the RAV4 uses a MacPherson strut design. Caster is not adjustable. Camber can be adjusted using additional parts. Toyota uses coded bolts with dots on the heads that indicate a fixed range of camber"

If I'm understanding that correctly, camber is only adjusted if I had "additional parts". I did not notice any dots on the heads of the bolts. It appears I have a set bolt.

@FirstGenVol I believe there’s also not a set hole for the bolt in the arm, just an elongated hole to allow for 3 degrees of adjustment. There’s a video or two out there that show the install and alignment for the rear camber upgrade.

Whipping up the traditional New Year's money meal.

Collards, black eyed peas, candied tomato sauce on the stove. A ham in the oven with my Granny's glaze. Brown sugar, ketchup and mustard.

Holler at me when you do. Or if you see one near me, I'll try to check it out before you drive all the way here.
You're not allowed two 2wd tundras though. Must have one of each or two 4wd to be admitted into the johnny 2 trucks club.

nahhhh one of the easiest things to look for is venomous snakes have cat eyes and a triangular head (the venom sacks make their head that shape) While the MAJORITY of non-Venomous have round pupils I wanna say there's a few round pupils that are danger noodles. (Lol just googled it, king cobra but that's an obvious DUH stay the fuck away from it )

but here in Texas we have 4 that you 100% should know what they look like. Rattlers, moccasins, copper heads, and corals. The rest of snakes are pretty cool; those 4 are assholes.

    Easy peasy.

Boil and reduce some diced tomatoes. Mash while cooking into more of a paste then add about 3 tablespoons of sugar (to taste).

It's great on top of black eye peas and collards.

Always nice to see people fabricating their own bumpers

Also quick question about replacing front wheel bearings, what hubs did you guys go with or did you just reuse the original ones?

I'm a little behind, but mine in my Lexus probably look very similar at 186k but it drives well and I don't seem to have any issues or clunks or anything. What issues were you having before, I don't remember all the details?

That should have a lifetime warranty if you can find a close enough match at Lowes.

No issues honestly. Just preventative maintenance. I will say that when they were under tension, the cracks in the bushings were worse.

    PXL_20250101_165954202.jpg

I realized last night that I have control arms in the rear too. I'll be ordering those next. They will be substantially easier to install.
