Pulled off the grill, and bumper cover like I've been dreading and found some mangled parts like I was hoping not to. Turns out she a lot more fuckarood than I originally thought, luckily its nothing that can't be replaced and bolted back into place. Toyota calls it a "brace" and the "upper support" and they ain't cheap. :censored:

Am I correct in thinking a bumper (just the crash bar) from a 2020 TRD OR is the same as my 2018 SR5?

Yesterday was the day. Finally put the Coachbuilder shim and shackle setup on with new Method 314’s and Toyo Open Country R/T 35x12.5R18’s. Been waiting 3 years to pull the trigger and couldn’t be happier.

HUGE shoutout to Adventure Motors in Grandview (Kansas City) for doing the install, BMC, UCA’s, lift, W/T and alignment. Absolutely top notch shop.

Ya I'm picking up all that and a crash bar for $150 on Saturday from a guy who swapped like 3 weeks into ownership. New OEM parts for cheap make me very happy indeed.

100%. I’ve just been dragging my feet on doing the BMC. Still have the stock fox setup but rides great so no reason to change right now. Eventually will go with RR’s.

I will say, this is how it should have come from the factory. Perfect proportions with the 35’s and 1” lift over factory.

Not quite ready to go to 35's but yours looks good, Make me think about it even though I just got new tires and rims less than a month ago

What size are you running? I took off 295/70’s and there isn’t a noticeable difference driving but appearance wise is noticeable.

275/70 R18's 33.2 inches tall and 10.8 inches wide. I pulled all the plastic this time so there wouldn't be any rubbing

6112's set to 2.5 and my rims are -12 offset so they stick out a little. If my rims were stock offset they wouldn't rub but I liked the look

DRT cab mount relocation came in so Monday is the day. 37's go on along with King 3.0's, deavers U748, JBA uca, new motor mounts, etc. I'll make a follow up post when I get it back. Been waiting a few months for this to happen. Cant wait to get all these parts out of my house - they've been sitting in my house almost 2 months now lol

How much you think I should have back there? At about 150 lbs right now with just my jack and tools.

Had a local shop rebuild my coilovers - the original seals were intact after running them nearly 95k miles!

Installed the Rad Rubber Designs engine splash guards. My OEM ones didn’t last after doing long tube header installs, UCA maintenance and bumper modifications. These took sub 30min install and “cheap” at 50$ to be more of a wear item to replace every once in a while. I like the simple design but thick material, so hopefully won’t rip like my OEM ones did when moving them around.
