Gonna flush the coolant today, thanks @vtl for the nice write up on that. Doesn't look like too bad a lil project. I'm replacing the radiator cap also, turns out it hasn't even been pressurizing.

Not too bad but for me the worst part was getting to the driver's side block drain.Remove your skid plate too

Ended up pulling the tire off on that side, it helped to have my big ol head all up in there to see what I was doing. A couple swivels with a swivel socket and it wasn't so bad

Looks nice! Is that a 2025 camper? What’s the weight and length? Yours looks about the same size as ours. We have a 29 ft 2018 gray wolf 5060 pounds dry weight. Tundra has no problem pulling it.

to add on to this. Hows the market looking? Covid I know went crazy, but it seems like with Trucks, there is wiggle room now! I've always thought about one, but waiting until the kids get a tiny bit older to seriously think about it.

We got a last year model (2018) when we bought ours in February (2019). It was still a new camper. And it was on sale because they wanted to make room for the newest models of 2019. When you decide to buy one. Shop around. You can get good deals. Even used ones can be had cheap.

Same here... We picked up a 2022 that was still new last Feb. There were no changes compared to the 2023/24 models, and it was reduced by about 1/3 the price. Huge savings over new and worth it to drive from AZ to TX to pick it up.

Guys who bought full price or more during covid are probably having a tough time swallowing the new market. I had a buddy who got one and tried to sell it himself for over a year, ended up giving it to a shop to sell on consignment.

Yup, what you save on the camper can be used for gas in the truck while camping.

If you're anywhere near PHX, they do this every winter, and some really good deals can be had on models from the previous year or two...

Plus, you'll get to see new models and previous generations, brands, etc... in one place

I made this "all natural" change late last week. :(:(:( Hit a deer on the way to work. Was NOT the way I thought I was going to fill my tags this year. Damage to the fender, grill, and bumper. I also think my A/C compressor (?) was damaged because the A/C is not working.

Anyway, she goes into the shop this coming Monday. Sucks, just glad it was only damage to the truck.

That’s minor damage considering hitting a deer. Glad everyone’s ok. Truck will be like new in no time.

S&B intake, Dirty Deeds 8", Airlift airbags with Daystar contact cups, LED's everywhere including Diode Dynamics stealth front LED bar, Baja Design Squadron II's on CBI ditch light brackets, completed Diode Dynamics interior LED's. Full RCI skids with cat guards and sliders, Transfer flow 46 gallon tank. Radflo 2.5 IFP coilovers, Coachbuilder shackles, TRD rear sway bar. 295/70R18 Nitto RG's. Dobinson snorkel, softopper.
I always kind of laughed at the guys on the 3.4 pages who swore by the boat plug and it's necessity, but I never saw a point, and wanted to see what people here thought when I saw his inlet.

On my T100, I had to home build by intake as there are so few options, and one of the additions was more plating to a K&n intake off of a 3.4 Tacoma. I then cut and formed a duct through the radiator support. Never once saw a problem with water intrusion. I've since gone back to the stock air box as it has proven to be the best option for supercharged 3.4's. I plan to try an adapt a snorkel to the truck as well.

When I hit one a couple years ago it creased one of the AC hardlines so I wouldn’t be surprised if it messed yours up
