I was looking for a simple back up light. It's super dark where I live, and the factory lights just not good enough. I purchased the VLEDS lights that go onto the license plate, and connect to the trailer hitch wiring (from behind).

LPX LICENSE PLATE LIGHT BAR W/ PLUG-N-PLAY TRUCK KIT

    SKU: LPX_13_RW_7P

    1 $170.00
    LP-X Light Bar
    1 x LPX LIGHT BAR $100.00

    Installation Method
    1 x LPX 7 PIN TRAILER HARNESS + 5 PIN CONTROLLER AND PARTS $70.00

Apologies there is no BEFORE photo, but this after photo shows they put out a good deal of light, and get the job done for me.

Great to hear that the VLEDS worked on you 2024 Platinum. I have the same model, but was a little concerned over this 'warning' posted on the VLEDS website.

The LPX 7-Pin harness is NOT compatible with most tow assist features on newer trucks. When plugged in, LPX will activate the factory tow features.

Did you find that this was NOT the case w/ your truck?
    Thanks.

I contacted VLEDS and they told me that "non compatible thing" did not apply to Tundra, and might have said it was for Fords....
