Anyone tried the Wolfbox G900 or G900Pro mirror?

I keep seeing ads for the Wolfbox G900Pro mirror and it looks pretty nice. Anyone have one and could give me some pros and cons?

I got the newest one, I guess the Pro. I like it, ran the wires to the back of the cabin to install the rear cam, but haven't yet. Cant decide if I want to put it inside the cabin or above the rear plate. So its just the main cam so far. Nice to know it's there, haven't had to save anything yet. But its pretty simple to install. Came with different wires depending on your vehicle and set up. They don't currently sell a bracket replacement for the 3rd gen Tundra so you just gotta put the cam/mirror over the current mirror.
I bought it because I hate wires everywhere, and I knew I didn't want to really have to play with a dashcam, just wanted a drop and play just incase.

Did you end up deciding on the rear camera mount option? I think I’m going to start inside the cab first using this and see how the view is.

    https://www.thedashcamstore.com/custom-metal-mounting-bracket-for-adhesive-dashcam-lenses/#gallery-2

Also just wanted to pass along that I took off the OEM mirror and sent Wolfbox a pic and they confirmed they do have a mount that would fit.

Our technical team has confirmed that your vehicle model, the 2024 Toyota Tundra, is suitable for the installation of the Model 1 OEM bracket. You can purchase it through the following link.

That's dope thank you for that info. No I haven't mounted the rear cam yet. Got lazy.

I'm considering this unit as well. I'm pondering whether I should just get a cheap camera off Amazon ($40), plug it into my head unit, and mount it on my tailgate handle. Or if I should just bite the bullet and get this wolfbox (buy once, cry once)? The price tag isn't too crazy, but is it worth the cost? Any real downsides to this wolfbox like glare in the daytime or brightness at night?

Got the G900-Pro installed on my '18 and love it. Have the rear cam mounted with the short bracket from dashcam store. Avoid the longer one otherwise you'll have too much shake. I'm giving away the long one for free here... https://www.tundras.com/threads/free-2-inch-rear-camera-bracket.154239/ It can be cut.

    20250109_102435.jpg 20250109_102500.jpg 20250105_173851.jpg
I can confirm that the Wolfbox Model 118 OEM bracket does fit the '18 Tundra.

Also, Wolfbox is releasing 2 newer versions of the G-900 Pro that will allow you to run either a grille cam or a cabin cam so if you're wanting that, Best to wait till it's released. You can preorder it now though.

In response to your question @Deaner ... It does take some getting used to visually because you're no longer looking thru an actual mirror. It gives you a much wider viewing angle. Overall, IMO, it's well worth it.

    Here's a quick lil video I made...

Tint and wheels. Decked box in the bed. S and B Cold Air filters under the hood. Shiftpower throttle response controller.
Several times. I once went in a room with my phone and started talking to my buddy about diapers. I just picked diapers because there is nothing in my life would lead someone to think I needed diapers. Ads started showing up on my phone a couple of days later both in chrome when browsing and also in Amazom.

Sweet! Did you get the grille camera or the cabin cam? Assuming you pre-ordered, right?

I got all 3 cameras. The dash cam on the mirror itself, rear facing camera, and front grill camera. It was all available for purchase. No pre-order, unless I missed something? Looked like a normal order to me.

Oh cool! Guess they updated in the past week or so to allow for ordering now. Before, I guess it was just preorder. Although I do see it looks like they aren't shipping till the end of the month which isn't too far away.

Yeah I'm pretty excited about it! I've got a new rear bumper that should be shipping any time now, so I've got a couple things like this camera to install along with it.

Here's another benefit of having the rear camera. Being able to keep an eye on your cargo

I'm wondering if the rear clip you got might work on my camper shell?

With a camper shell, you probably won't need the bracket. The bracket is used mainly for the CrewMax that has the full roll down rear window. I'm assuming you're camper shell has a flip up rear window? So you would be able to just stick the rear camera directly to your glass which would be ideal.

Yep it's a flip up rear window. I'm going to have to play with everything and find the best spot once everything gets here.
