How does this read your tire pressure?

Most of the decent OBD devices do... My ScanGauge3 reads tire pressure, tire temp, and obviously a crap ton of other #s that you can view

Is that from shoes/boots dragging across it or the door opening and closing?? Either way, I'd touch that up and put some door sill protectors on it.

I don’t think it’s shoes/boots. My guess is the door is rubbing but I can’t see anything on the other side of the door. Touch up and door sills are in the future I suppose

By communicating with the TPMS sensors inside your wheels (if you have them) through the OBD2 network that the adapter plugs into below your dashboard.

Even pants or socks will do that over time. I had a RHD Jeep Cherokee with tall (unibody) door sills when I still worked at the post office and the driver's (right) side was much worse than that from the thousands of times I got out to deliver a package, swap mail trays, etc.

There are a few aftermarket black springs on Amazon that are at the blue rate. The rubber on the sumo's looks far superior and taller and not as airy/urethane on the knock offs. Yours look pretty authentic.

Oh no! Those look just like the ones I have. Do the Sumo's have any identifying markings on the sides. I'm gonna check out a couple videos to see if I can spot something.

I was just saying there are knock offs. Yours are 5 rings vs the aftermarket 4. The rubber on the aftermarket are more of a urethane than rubber.
    Yours look good.

If it is the door, you may want to see if the door can be adjusted slightly... Body shop should be able to handle that, but I'd be weary of causing more harm than good.

I could see that if I drove it daily, it sits for a week at a time some times. Working remote I'm averaging around 550 miles/month.

Might have to see if they can look at it, body/door lines look fine. Gap between the fenders/doors seems to be consistent top to bottom. Odd for sure.

I'm planning to remove the headliner on my SR5 CM as it needs to be reupholstered. Is it really that difficult to remove or is it because your platinum has extra wires glued? I'm debating on diy or if I should just get it done. But if I diy I'll also sound deaden the roof

If the lines look clean, I'm not sure I'd mess w/it... Probably just grab some protectors from Anderson's while the sale is on would be your best bet:

Not with the factory BBS wheels - there is a pocket in the back of the wheel that provides just enough clearance.

To add onto this, I have a gator trifold hard shell bed cover in great shape in the East Tennessee area if anyone is looking for one for a smoking deal.

You have the 612 on the screen shot which is for Tacoma and has 4 rings. The 610 has 5 rings for Tundra. Each ring is an inch.

That part is most probably the most available part from salvage yards.

It's not the door. 100% a result of repetitive rubbing by footware and pants. Have had similar in many vehicles over the years. Not odd at all.

    Too many…scratch that…not done yet.

    Get some door sill protectors.
Not sure what yr/cab size you have. There's a couple different options for CM and DC. I think the last option may just be for the front doors only.

FWIW, a lot of the Toyota dealerships that have online part stores are running sales this next week, similar to what was posted above on this page.
