I bought my SR5 Crewmax yesterday and she only needs some minor cosmetic tweaks to get her where I want. Rims and tires being the biggest thing.

I want to do matte black rims and AT tires but don't want to do a whole lift because my parking garage at my office is 6'10" (give or take) and I don't want to lift the truck. Does anyone have some rim/tire recommendations that can help get me there? I'm not necessarily opposed to going down on rim size ( I think I'm at 18"? I didn't really pay attention when the dealer went over them because, boy, they are plainnnnnn) in order to get a larger profile on the tire.

    Thanks!

I am in the exact situation. I have been doing some research.. I want to stay with the stock tires but find some more pleasant wheels.

In case any of what I have found is useful:

Here is a link to the stock tires that come on the 2017 CrewMax - https://www.tires-easy.com/255-70-18/michelin-tires/ltx-m-s2/tirecode/08782

The wheel rim width range for those tires is 6.5-8.5. (the stock steel wheels are 8.0") I understand the bolt pattern is - 5x150
So I believe if you find some 18" wheels with the 5x150 bolt pattern and a width of 8.5" or less, you can stay with your stock tires.

Note you will have to get new tire pressure sensors, because evidently the ones on the steel wheels cannot be used on alloy wheels.

Also you will have to get the dealer to pair them with your car..

Here are some I have found - https://goo.gl/jkCvUQ

do what I did and I fit 6'8" garage at work:
stock TRD suspension with leveling kit front and 33"s on 18". No issues. Max size you will be able to run on stock TRD with leveling front. Check my album for pictures.

I pulled the trigger and ordered some Enkei ST6's. Interestingly I was browsing the sites and autoanything essentially has my exact truck configuration (The only difference, I have the CM) with the wheels on it -

Its obviously tame for the kinds of things posted on these threads. But I was just looking to dress up a little from stock.

I think stock TRD wheels look good. You should be able to find a set pretty reasonable they definitely look good on the quick sand

Icon Six speed wheels, Toyo RT's 35×12.50r17. Stock suspension. Trimmed a little on front bumper and CMC. If you went with 315/70r17 could get away with removing mudflaps only and no CMC.
