We should fully flex it out with the forklift and verify measurements

Did you get specific flex/articulation numbers before & after? Obviously it's better, but I'd be curious to know what the numbers are.

Before I get 6112s on my truck I'm going to buy ramps and flex test my truck stock, no front sway, no rear sway, and with the 6112s. The same way Tinkerer's Adventure tests flex.

For the rear wheel bearings, what about grabbing the axles shafts from a low mile part out? I did that on my Sequoia 3 years ago and it's still going strong. Also comes with parking brakes already assembled.

We didn't get a before, but it should be the same as stock, but with 33s. We threw on a 1.5" AAL and longer shocks. We'll see if we can flex it out soon.

Hmmmm. That's not a bad idea.

Reviving this thing just to answer a question that I never got around to. I didn’t take any measurements but I can tell you that the standard 2WD flange on my 00 is the exact same height and bolt pattern as the harmonic flange from assdog’s LSD 3rd. If I had known that, I would’ve just run the harmonic flange :(

Somebody took a walk. And that somebody was a pinion gear. It's not uncommon to happen in any axle.

Might be time for a solid pinion spacer.

Does the solid spacer replace the crush sleeve?

Yep. Just got to shim it until in the rotational torque spec. Instead of crushing a sleeve until in spec (and having it potentially crush further on a rock or...).
