Glock 19, excellent reliability, 9mm ball ammo cheap to target practice with. What ever you buy, make sure you shoot and practice a lot. Build your muscle memory.

I have carried a xds .45 (should of got 9), sig p938, and now g19. I sold the xds .45 it's not fun to shoot and wish I would of waited for the xds 9 to come out. The sig p938 is a great pistol, but it cost a bit more. The sig comes with night sights and a alright trigger. I can get away with pocket carry if needed. The G19 is by far my favorite. I am a skinny guy and can still conceal the g19 with ease, and the added benefit of a larger gun and higher capacity makes me feel much better.

Glocks are gross. I was set on getting a 17 until I rented one. It shot so sloppy. The recoil felt it was of a larger caliber. There is a reason many spend thousands to modify and upgrade.

HK are amazing products. The P30 and the VP9 are great. I have a USP 9. While not the easiest to conceal, it shoots awesome. My favorite platform is the USP series.

I’ve owned FN 45 and Springfield xd 45, both were great. I had a cz 762 which was so accurate. CZ 75 and sig 226 will be my next purchases

I love Kimber. I carry a Custom II most time. Lots of people think a full size 1911 is to big to carry but In a shoulder harness I’m fine with it.

True. Most of the time, the issue with printing is the thickness of the gun rather than the length. 1911s are relatively thin and can be pretty good for concealed carry.

Buy atleast a 9mm...if your comfortable with a 45 go for that. Get a full frame...too many people buy small 380’s and can’t handle the recoil. It only counts if you hit the target. I prefer beretta but Glock 19is about as good as it gets....

Ron and Jose said it best. Whichever one feels the best for you. Any caliber in the right hands can be lethal but im partial to 9mm, 40 and 45’s

I love my Glock 23 but i mostly carry my Sig 938. It is very comfortable and easy to conceal. Light weight but yet very reliable. A little on the price side but we drive a tundra who is concerned about price on a great product.

My EDC is a Kel-Tec PF9. I love the size, weight, and feel in my hand. I have several extended mags for it as well, which helps with how it feels in the hand if you have decent size mits. Single stack that carries 8+1. It has been very reliable the few times I’ve shot it and has proven to be very durable. It has been my favorite EDC yet.

Come to the dark side Chris, it will be the end of Glock for you. I’ve owned several Glocks over the years. I’m currently trying to sell most of them off.

All I have left is a gen 4 23 and a gen 4 32. I never said they were unreliable, they are fine weapons. I’ve just moved on to bigger and better things

I always tell people guns are like underwear

what works for me isn't guaranteed to be a perfect fit for you

handle and shoot as many as possible before purchase unless you just find screaming deals and can ensure you make a profit or break even selling it after you figure out it's not just right

CZ is a very underrated firearm to those that don’t know/own them. I am selling off other firearms to purchase more.
