I'll be at work Monday. Never been there before but definitely want to check it out one day!

For navigating I'd really like to get LeadNav, for now I download any areas (and the surrounding area) to my google offline maps. Works well enough to at least see trails and roads on the map and can make a route back to a main rd if needed.

True. NOT True. We may still get add-on's who don't want to post here b/c it's public. This is California after all; not all stars are are comfortable as @Marty McFly.

We're at 7 trucks that we know about; enough to have a good time, help each other out if needed, and maybe not spend all day in a dust cloud.

Hahaha nah! I've ripped around there on my bike and in my truck when it just had 5100s up front. Fender flares haven't ever popper back in but I also slammed into some whoops I didn't see... whoops :p

It's a TREK from SD though, haven't been there since I moved from SB. A lot of fun if you've never been! You definitely want to go on a quiet weekend, it can be sketchy out there on a busy weekend.

I’m gonna try and make this, sounds like a fun group! I did a day run last weekend out to Anza with a buddy so have to see if I can make it happen two weekends and in a row.

Thanks for the update! Wife and I have to be in LA early Sunday morning, but we might have some camping gear just in case of an emergency. You never know, we might have to stay over night.

    Awesome! Added to the list.

Rain? All right! Some light rain will keep the dust down and help make the dirt tackier.

Nice! I'll help you get it set up before we head off. You'll want it to be on "frequency mode" and we'll be on HAM channel 151.880 (which I'll also add to the OP)
