I'd guess since the 2019 Avalon is getting Car Play we'll start seeing most other 2019 models with it as well. I hope they update our older Entunes with Car Play. Now if they can just get Android Auto on board...

Exactly! And in multiple vehicles too. Kinda like the GM 305 and 350 of old, parts should be everywhere and for a long time. I love it.

As for the 'new' Pro. I'm liking the fogs and forged rims, may have to track some down for my truck. But that fake hood scoop...

Exactly. It seems like their doing the absolute minimum to keep selling this geriatric platform.

I'm not surprised though. That's what I would do if I wanted to keep selling trucks until the next generation is ready. I definitely wouldn't invest a ton of time and money into big changes on a platform that is or should be nearing retirement. (Hopefully)

I still think it's pretty cheap of them to not at least give it a locker or true LSD! In my opinion it's probably the biggest major oversight of the 2nd and 3rd gens. That and no regular bed length (6.5'+) available for the crewmax.

Definitely needs a locker on the next gen. With the Ram finally getting one the Tundra is the only truck left in the class with it not available at all on any trim.

I can understand the bed length. They don’t sell nearly as many trucks as the big 3 so they sell the most popular combos which happen to be crew cab short bed and ext cab 6.5 bed.

Just out of curiosity, how many of you guys will trade-in your 3rd Gen for the 4th Gen when they hit the show room floors? It seems like these updates have a few people very upset. I personally think it is a good offering until Toyota does a complete redesign. Not to mention it keeps my pick-up relevant longer, meaning aftermarket development will still primarily focus on the 3rd Gen, and I have a few new OEM parts to Drool over.

Looks like the colors will be white, black, and Voodoo Blue. You'd have to order a black one and have it painted locally.

Not a fan of the new wheels/grille I wouldn’t mind seeing the price of the skid plate and shocks though.

Possibly. I just don't like the black painted surround on other colors. I'd have to wrap it in satin black or something close to that IF I didn't have it painted to match.

Wow! Tough crowd on this Pro. Pretty badasss imop. Capable of mostly anything you want to do off-road. Locker options out there. No big deal they didn't give it a snorkel, get a aftermarket one. Seems if you off-road more than your on road, your gonna build to your liking anyway. My question is why didn't they just wait and bring out the PRO when they announce the 4th Gen. More than likely it will have a new powertrain along with upgrades.

I'm thinking 2 year gap for the next gen Pro so that would match gen 4 release. next Pro will be 2021 model on gen 4 platform.

Probably not updated yet...on the live stream, he specifically said Tundra is Rigid fogs...and they are square, not round like my 2018 LED fogs...
