just got back from custom matching paint. Looks like I need to remove stock mud flaps. Is there a way to reinstate them after flares installed? Thanks. D

Not sure on a 08 but the stock ones on my 16 had to be removed. I have 2 miles of dirt roads and living in a salt ridden state i had to put my own flaps on. Now after putting 35s on I'm trying to get time to put the larger set on. I had to make a stiffer plate for the rears so when you back into a snow bank you dont pull the flap under. I got both sets from fleet farm.

Depending on what flares you bought...One's for factory mud flaps. Or ones for without. I purchased ones with but still had to remove the front when I put 295/60/20 Nitto Ridge grapplers on 20x9 Fuel boost wheels.
