I’ve been a fan of The Situation since the beginning of Jersey Shore. Rewatching OG JS to this day regularly and then watching how he is in life now is a journey I love to see. Reading this book gave me a whole new level of respect for Mike. He was so honest, vulnerable and humble. I really enjoy how this is a love story to Lauren’s while also showing so much of his journey with overcoming addiction. I lost my uncle that was like an older brother to addiction earlier this year. I thought of him the entire time reading this and wish he could have read Mikes story.

I’m normally a fiction reader, but I was a jersey shore fan back in college (went out every Thursday with my friends after watching it!), and had to pick this up after watching the recent family vacation show. I was inspired by Mike on the show, and dealing with some situational depression lately I’ve realized I need to make my mind stronger, just like Mike has. This book was an awesome read! Easy and compelling, it really hit home for me. I cried at different points throughout, it was really incredible to read about his struggles and see how he persevered through it all. I saw a little bit of myself in it, and it was nice seeing someone come out the other side so positive. Wonderful, definitely recommend!

The book is so inspiring and raw. SUCH A GOOD BOOK! I’m obsessed with who he is now. I use to just think he was some douch on a reality tv show and honestly paid no attention to him. BUY IT!! MUST READ!!

If you think you know everything about the situation you are wrong. This book was amazing. I read it in 2 days. Couldn’t put it down. If you look at the reviews and see anything less than 5 stars then they didn’t know the type of guy Mike was in the first place. This book dives deep and I mean deep and just answered so many unanswered questions from the original jersey shore but looking back now it all makes sense. I could not recommend a book more than this one. Trust me it’s worth it. Well done Mike ♥️♥️
Also Lauren is 10000 percent an angel sent from above if you didn’t know that already by the end of this book you will. Maybe even the start 🤷🏼‍♀️
