For those of us aging > 60 years, losing muscle despite exercise, we need extra protein compared to younger folk: >1.4 g/kg/day, combined with creatine and vitamin D to assure adequate muscle is added after exercise. This product has excellent source of protein (whey, plus extra BCAA including leucine) + optimum 3 g/service creatine. The taste is too sweet, but this is much improved by adding 1 teaspoon lemon juice/serving (which doesn't affect product stability as it's broken down by stomach acid as soon as ingested).

This is by far the tastiest chocolate protein I have ever tried
Its so freaking good that you need to resist yourself to 1 shake a day because of the creatin it contains
On the performance side I have noticed a better performance mostly I believe due to the creatin. Bear in mind that I never had creatine before so my belief is that this was probably the reason.
All in all I am very happy so far.
Price wise is not the cheapest but definitely its not expensive as well. More in the middle i'd say
