My home screen just went completely white and I cannot fix. It even stays white and draws power off the battery?

Unhook the battery for a few min to see if it resets.

You’re good man I appreciate the response. Anyone on here purchase a reasonably priced aftermarket replacement? I’ve looked and Pioneer seems to have decent units for around $400 that come with Apple CarPlay and Navigation. Is this too good to be true?

Or does anyone know how to either diagnose the unit to see for sure the issue or if these are covered by Toyota regardless of age of vehicle? Thanks all!!

And all of the sudden, weeks later, 3 days after changing the battery, the screen comes back. Like new.

Hopefully it stays that way. Glad it is resolved.

I don't have any additional apps installed on my factory head unit. Not sure how all that works to he honest. Sorry! At least there are some awesome women in here now, so hopefully someone will hop in and answer your question. Haha.

Love shack, I hope your threads aren't being ignored!
