There's someone on here that has lowered theirs. Not sure if as extreme as 2-4 inches. I cant remember who but try searching, the threads might appear.

I used the rear only kit from SOS Performance to lower the rear of my truck 3.25", you can read all about at my signature link '2007 RCSB build'. I kept is simple and lowered just the rear the minimum amount possible to level the truck... you can go lower.

Note: The rear is currently jacked up a little by the air bags in the snow picture because I am hauling about 300 extra pounds of gear in the bed... it normally sits perfectly level.

I used the TRD kit to lower my crewmax. I don't have any pictures of it on my computer.

I believe it is Ground Force that makes the TRD kit

3.25" was the least that I could find.

I wonder how did you flip your leafs without the sos kit. How much weight did you put in your bed before bottoming out?

I mean, lifting a truck that never goes offroad is about the most pointless thing a person could do.

Agreed... leaving it stock, or lowering makes more sense for 99% of truck owners

Very nice! I have the rear sway bar and TRD tru dual exhaust with electronic cutouts...does that interfere with installing this kit..? Also, what size wheels are you running 18" or 20".?

I believe the DJM lower control arms allow 4wd trucks to drop without conflict. Confirm on their site and if so hit me up, I have some available with 2500 miles on them.
