I had an in-channel vent visor rip off the other day. The visors were on vehicle when i bought it. I would like to replace it. ..don't care about cost, I just want to buy the strongest, thinnest stuff out there. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am confident the manufacturer uses 3M double sided, would suggest that be what you use as well.

right, but there are about 5 dozen 3m double sided tapes though. none of which look anything like what ive seen on the avs/weathertech products ive installed. the stuff they use is paper thin. all of the ones ive seen on the 3m website have, what id best describe as, foam between the stickyness.
