Hey, since the 6112/5160 guys have a thread of their own, why not start one with the members running specifically 5100s? :bananadance::rofl::cheers:

5100’s all the way around with the front in the top setting. Plan is to order and install +1 Coachbuilder shackles in the rear at some point.

Sitting in TRD Pro wheels with 275/70s.

Definitely install the CB+1 for that .625" lift or you can do TC 3/4" shackles too!

I was running with 0 lift in the rear and once I loaded up some stuff, it started squatting the truck.

Thanks bud. I too noticed on our beach trip last weekend with all the junk in the back, she was squatting a little bit.

5100s all around with front at top setting. Don’t want to have to add a carrier drop so leaving the rear alone.

I haven’t installed mine yet as I’m still waiting for some parts to arrive, but everything is on order

    5100’s all the way around
    Fronts at top clip
2 CB .25 shims on the driver side
1 CB .25 shim on the passenger side
    CB diff drop
    CB carrier drop
    CB brake line relocation brackets
CB 2” rear shackles with poly bushings
    CB bump stop spacers
    CB bumper shims

I’ll be running RRW RR7’s 17x8.5 with Falken wildpeaks 35x12.5

Depending on clearance a possible CMC if needed.

Question for yall. If I throw 5100s in the front what setting would I set it at to get it level while not touching the rear?

Most likely middle clip. Are you going to be hauling anything heavy?

Awesome! Thank you! Nah, won't be hauling much of anything for a long while. Price of trailers is dumb AF right now.

Best thing to do is get prior measurements though front and rear. I think I was sitting level on top setting, but it'll definitely vary from truck to truck.

Leer 100XR truck cap, 5100's on the middle setting. Ikon Add A leaf, Cooper Discover ATX3 275/70/18, Genuine Cooling Systems transmission cooler, chrome delete.
I originally had mine stock in the rear, front was set at the middle setting. It was pretty much perfectly level like that. I recently added the Ikon AAL, which raised the back almost 1.5 inches. So now I have a similar rake to stock, but about a 1.5 inch lift all the way around. Very happy with my setup and it drives similar to a stock setup.

It looks fantastic. I was thinking about going with 37s myself. I have done the BMC and the pinch weld already. Also trimmed the fender liner and front splash shields. Running 5100s on the top spot currently.

Did you use bumper spacers to help clearance. Do you still have parts of the plastic inner fender liner?

Nice, hopefully you haven't plated the BMC yet (depending on how aggressive you went with your cut).

I'm using the (2) CB bumper shims on each side so that gives me another 0.5" clearance. However, I also trimmed my bumper caps and relocated one of the 12mm that was holding the bumper caps to the bumper cap sub frame.

So I was thinking to put in 2 inch levelling kit on the front of my 07 tundra Sr5. But after doing some research i found out about the 5100. I’m pretty sure the stock ones are 4600 (but here’s the part number 48510-0C030)
Anyways I have few questions I needed to know before i buy it.
    1. Which ones better 4600 or 5100s ? I do city highway driving mostly but once in a while do
    Some light off-roading aswell.
    2. If I choose to go with 5100 front and rear do I have to put in lift kit aswell ? I read on toyotec site that only for “lifted trucks”.
Here in Canada my local tire shop quote me $800 for 2” levelling kit. So I’m not sure what should I do.
    Sorry for the noob questions.

5100s are a great choice, 3 way height adjustable. I have mine set in the center and love them.

Adding the 5100's in the next couple of weeks along with the RAS in the rear. I can't decide whether to do the middle setting w/ 0.5" shim, top setting, or top with shim. I see all sorts of opinions. I'd like it pretty close to level. I pull a TT quite a bit so I'm leaning towards the middle+shim to be right at 2" the front, and around 1" in the rear.

Anyone add a diff drop? I figure because its not that expensive, why not?
