Wife traded in the Yukon XL today. Over the moon pumped - we’d been looking for a Sequoia and this fell in our lap. Tundra is a little jelly.

Very nice. I wish I had coughed up the extra $$ for one of these over my GX. The 5.7L would have been nice for towing.

Best part - I’ve had to fight for the truck mods over the past 5 years - all the sudden she is green lighting getting these wheels ordered ASAP to get this thing looking bad AF.

Very nice! I love Land Cruisers. We were trying to decide between the Sequoia and Land Cruiser also. But we ended up with a Sequoia because it had more space and fit our needs better. But who knows...maybe a LC will be in our garage soon.

What made you get rid of it? I’ve been drooling over it since we got it home.

This one came with 74k miles on it. 1-owner - dealer serviced. Wife was nervous about purchasing with that many miles but I have the same amount on my Tundra, have beat the hell out of it and it still runs like new.

Anyone on here have one long-term that can speak to repairs / mechanical failure(s)?

74K miles? That's not even considered broken-in yet. I think for MOST Toyota's, unless you lemon, 250K is considered base line.
I mean, repairs are gonna happen especially for wear and tear parts, but majors? Unless you consider suspensions? Mods of course, those add up....

Crazy how fast they’ve gone up. MSRP on mine was about $85k when it was new.

I drove my 95' Cruiser for 20 years and 446k miles, Absolute best truck I've ever owned. It became my wife's after our kids were born and it really is not a grocery runner, it's a Cruiser! She was ripping through brakes and gas. But at that age, even though the drivetrain was solid, many convenience things were failing (power front seats failed, the power windows all needed to be manually pushed back up to close, AC was limping.) Shit like that made it a "guy only" truck and the wife said "I want a new truck". I still needed my 06' Tundra, so we traded the Cruiser in for a Highlander... Happy wife...
But I still miss the Cruiser. We looked at new ones at the time but the wife wanted something practical for her needs and the Highlander is a perfect fit.

Got oil for the transfer case oil from the stealership while ordering the bronze heritage wheels. Also ordered from Amsoil Severe Gear for the diffs. Eyeing an @dirtydeeds exhaust and some WKOR sliders down the road. I get the feeling this will be more expensive than modding my truck…

Made some room on the single stall side so we can keep both the LC and the Tundra inside. Tundra had to split time with the wife’s old car on the tandem side…
