major major improvements I’d say. Small water bottle in the wheel on non twisty roads and it self drives

Forgive my ignorance, but what’s useful about the auto brake on long drives?

SATX to KS is my bi monthly drive. Did you try the water bottle or ankle weight trick?

If by auto brake we're talking about the "brake hold" feature that allows you to take your foot off the brake after stopping, only to release the brakes when you step on the accellerator then yeah, I see no use for that in long trips or stop and go traffic. One of my vehicles has that feature and I only use it at long stoplights, otherwise I'd be lurching all of the time. With it off, when I release the brake, I gently roll forward. With that system on, no matter how lightly I touch the gas pedal, there is a degree of "lurching" that makes it MORE work in stop and go traffic. Then there's pulling into the garage: it's a tight fit so I creep up slowly until I hit my mark which is about an inch from the wall. Brake hold would have me crashing into the wall every time.

Brake hold is useless. If you want to be lazy in stop and go traffic or want the vehicle to brake automatically for you when a vehicle is in front, use radar cruise control.

I would agree, I was just throwing out the only thing I could possible think you might use it for as they stated they did...

Personally, the only time I have ever used it so far is the damn Taco Bell drive thru haha... Ours are the absolute worst...

I didn’t! But I want to try it! Might give it a try on the drive to Florida next month. Btw that Kansas drive is a terribly boringgg drive!

Yeah it's brutal. It's the only reason I wanted to keep my F150 was the blue cruise because that would be a perfect drive for it.

It works like a champ- buy a little kids bug juice and dump it out, replace with water and a normal flat cap- perfect size and weight and doesn’t interfere with anything. 1800 miles with it in.
Use it every day around town, stop light game changer

    do it

Had a buddy of mine who is a manager at Chevy reach out and offer a blue ZR2 for 1k off msrp.

I told him I’ll have to pass. I belong to every forum and if you think the tundra launch was bad you should browse the ZR2 forums and FB page. Already have buybacks for widespread paint peeling, electronic issues and interiors literally falling apart.

I belong to those forums as I want a zr2 and other than the paint peel on the white trucks at the bottom, it seems no more widespread than tundra issues. Very few issues I have seen with the new UI google integration. Saw more from YouTubers than forum issues. That said I would trust Toyota to fix these things faster than Chevy but I wouldn’t say they are any worse off than the recalls here

Ones I saw were doors, hood, handles and hood scoop. FB pages have more on the door handles and holds.

Tundra has one bad issue and it was the supplier fault and seems to be gone. The rest are QC that looks to be slowly remedied. But I’d rather have window trim seal issues than have to repaint or buy back a truck.

I’ve already gone through a GM buyback, it’s a smooth process because they’re experienced at it.

I was dead set on a 6.2 Silverado until I spent some time at the GM trucks forum.

I did see a ZR2 in person. It's nice, and I bet all the off-roading goodies are fun, but like most modern trucks, it looks like it's trying too hard to be cool. It looks like a truck out of a comic book to me.

I believe the AT4x and ZR2 got different seats from the regular lineup counterparts. Could just be different skins though.

Not standard in all '22s. I got it included in the SR5 through the SR5 Premium Package. I'm not sure if higher trims have it standard.
