I did a “search” but my search skills are rather minimal. A few weeks ago I did what I thought was a pretty good polishing job on my white 2016. A few days ago I saw several significant swirl marks that I smooth missed. Granted, the truck is white and I have to do my work in dappled shade in the morning.
What type of swirl light is acceptable in performance? I see several of our pro level photographers using them in their shots, but having come from the electrical industry, find it a bit pricy to pay over $100 for a small handheld light. Is the lumen output the most important factor or the color. I’m going to do the truck again and want to get as good a finished product as I can before waxing and sealing it.

I use the one that I got with Adams. It’s effective for me.

High cri / color is the most important.

Thanks for the quick reply, I admire your talent and generosity with knowledge.
I have several LED fixtures that cast a much wider light beam than the hand held units, but not very intense beams. In my outdoor applications I just don’t see much. It may be that my eyes aren’t suited for this line of work

This is what I use. It catches stuff you can barely see in the sunlight. Good price and a quality unit. It survived a cycle through my washing machine last week..oops.

Thanks for the reply. I ordered it this morning.
I really appreciate your sharing of experience and use of products. I bought my first unit of UndrDog Pro and want to end up with a good look when I finish.
