A lot of their coupons state in-store only, so I wouldn't count on using it online. Unfortunately, you're probably SOL on that deal.

 

I dunno how it works either but I'm guessing you pay when you order and use the coupon then.

I’ve never done this at HF, but the store manager told me you pay using your HF coupon and they ship it to your store when it’s in stock. Then you go pick it up

That’s what I did last weekend when I used the 20% off coupon. Even though it said got in stock items only, the manager let me order and pay and use the coupon.

 

A buddy of mine tig'd me up a tire carrier for my 37's out of some T6 scraps he had lying around. Secures to Toyota bed rail system.

Pull pin, retaining bracket and roll off. Bracket hooks over the edge of jack. It can't flip or rotate off. He also added 2 tire strap brackets, not shown.

In the MA area, all the stores were showing qty 2 in stock as of a few weeks ago. I called and one store said they had none. Second store I physically went in, and the kind lady asked if she could help. I gave the part number, said they were showing multiple, and she quickly shot a look at the manager.

They were getting really limited supplies, with one being for the display. I suspect the other was internal sales only. Regardless, the manager herself went and found me one and they gave me a discount to boot. The staff was very chatty about it the entire time, so I think they all know what they have here.

Go in, ask, know your data points, and let them "help" you order one because their "inventory is wrong" on a brand new item. I think you'll find they're going to work with you. Holidays being over may make the internal sales even less of a factor.

This thing is legit, and I had none of the problems the online reviewers showed. Best money I've ever spent at harbor freight

What problems were the online reviewers saying they had? I’ve seen nothing but good reviews.

 

The clip that holds the extensions separating was the big one, and I believe a few other meaningless "issues" that simply don't matter in the grand scheme of things. I opted for the purchase despite those early reviews, and I'm chalking it up to early manufacturing QC related observations vs actual issues. And honestly who cares if someone feels the fabric handle will deteriorate if it hasn't done so? I can say the thing is everything I had hoped for and is functioning perfectly. Without extension, it jacks the truck high enough for full droop to set the RAS, with tires on. It's smooth, it's predictable, and it is 10x better than what it is replacing. Good value, IMO, especially with the 20-25% off

 

Just got back. They're calling it, my store at least, a pre-sale. So, they took payment upfront, honored the coupon and said it'll be 'bout a month.

 

Mine called it a pre sale too. They also said Jan 23 for eta, but when I was in the other day they said they’re hoping to have them in on Tuesday Jan 2nd.

Poor girl that tried to help me had no idea what I was talking about, she thought maybe I was talking about a farm jack. The manager knew though. Apparently they had two.....for a millisecond

Wasn't much available about a month ago, but here are the two I watched at the time. Again, nothing earth shattering, and my unit has not had the main issues identified.
