For a potential $70 savings between this and the TRD it's worth a shot.

OE TRD sway bar is not very good anyways. All the hardware already rusted in just a couple of years.

Most likely Toyota outsources this sway bar to someone else, and someone else sells it debaged.

OE TRD sway bar rear and front for me. 5.5 years. They both look pretty much new and perform perfectly.

Same here. I'd go with OE. For $70 I'd go with the bar I know went through QC and a proper heat treat and powder coat. But I see most knockoffs being abysmal impersonations made of chinesium and mouse farts instead of cheaper copies without a premium markup... Yep, can o worms...

For the price of these trucks, I don't half ass any mods with knockoff parts. Just my .02.

Currently $182 vs $402 factory. Did you end up getting it?

no, I didn’t. I got that OE one thru that BAM the guy mentioned above. $232 w/ shipping. If it’s really $402 now that is atrocious.

The rear sway bar is definitely a noticeable add on. It reduces body sway and makes the rear feel more planted.

Can confirm that the knock off works well and the hardware fits seamlessly. Couldn't justify the crazy price of an OEM TRD, works just as great as the OEM bar. Protip - if you think you used enough grease between the bar and bushings, add more. No pictures unfortunately.

Guess I’ll find out. Went ahead and bought it. Been needing and wanting one but couldn’t justify the $350-400 for the TRD one.
