    Hey @November Sun,

These are not Baja Designs lights, they are copies of our LP6. There are a few companies out there that make an AUX light that looks like ours. By purchasing these lights you are buying questionable practices like the use of counterfeit LEDs, infringing on patents, and blatantly lying about output. When supporting a company like Baja Designs you get superior performance, quality, customer service, warranty, and supporting a company that continues to push the boundaries of what an off-road light is.

    Best,
    Bill

Tomorrow makes 8 weeks since I ordered from Demello and was quoted roughly 6 weeks. Received an email today that it’s currently being made, should ship in a couple of weeks.

Speaking of which, I see C4 Fabrications includes a drop-down option to buy/add Baja Designs Squadron Sport fogs when ordering their bumper. So I assume these fit the bumper. Sorry for the dumb question, but do you know if these come with their own wiring harness, relay, switch, etc., or do these just plug into the existing OEM wiring for the stock OEM fogs?

there was a 12 week build date for the CBI baja front bumper I ordered over Labor Day. they finished building last week on week 9 and shipped out Monday; bumper will be arriving Friday on week 10 so there is hope on those long build dates arriving earlier than expected :D

    This is the correct answer.

Alternatively though you probably want a full coverage steel bumper like an ARB. But even then, a moose is like hitting a freight train, so i still imagine it would be pretty catastrophic.

yes sir, if you hit anything big like that your truck will be severely damaged. In my opinion
These front bumper / grill are for that small deer maybe saplings. I could be wrong though.

I think you may be right. I got my C4 mainly for minor hits against small trees or a minor fender-bender after a semi-tractor slowly reversed into my front right corner and damaged the OE bumper. I don't believe it'll help against something like a big moose. If anything, my guess is that the frame's crumple zones will absorb the impact and crumple as designed, regardless of whether there's soft plastic up or a heavy steel bumper up front. With the frame crumpling inwards, a strong, steel bumper might even cause more damage to the front end, but I don't know.

I haven't posted in here in a while. Here are a few bumpers that we build at SOB Fabrication.

The rear bumper does not retain the bsm sensors, it keeps the proximity/parking sensors though.

I need some help fellow members, I have this ugly openness between the button of my bumper and my skid plate. Has anyone had this issue and figured out how to mask it? I can always fabricate a piece of steel to bolt up to the tow hooks and connect to the bumper. But curious if there is already a pre made plate of some sort that I can order and just trim up.
Would an actual skid plate help hide this?

honestly that's what I'd really value that bumper at.
I had it for 5 months then gave it away to a member here fully assembled plus a second one I had sitting new in a box so he could use it for parts or whatever

yea that's pretty out there considering you can find the bumper for close to 300 after taxes with a discount code or an offer and the knock baja's can be had for about $40 a light for the 7 inch or $25 a light for the 5 inch

I am going to email them this week, didn’t want to be “that customer” during the holidays. This will be week 15 after being told around 6 weeks when I ordered it. Last update I received was it would be completed on 17 December. Trying to remain patient, we’ll see how much longer that lasts…
