Just won a Kimber

Very nice OP!! You didn't say how you won it... raffle, shooting comp, poker game in Dodge city?

Some purists may consider this blasphemy, and there's a reason the FIRST 1911 I bought was chambered in .45 but man a 1911 in 9mm is pretty dang fun too. Almost too easy. (Not to mention a little cheaper to feed)

Sometimes just for giggles (if I'm shooting under the proper conditions) it's fun to dual wield a couple mags... .45 in the right hand, 9mm in the left.

 

It was a raffle group on FB. They do it on the down low but 5 years runnin strong. The FFL I picked it up from ran his off FB until it got too big and he's now running it from his own site. He raffled off a Rolex and a SXS the other day. Lives in a real nice house in a gated community. I'm gettin ideas here...

Just picked up 350 rds of .45 ACP for a little over a Benjamin + free ammo can. That's pretty cheap imo
