    Let's see...where to start.

Parts I ordered did not arrive until a full two weeks after they told me they would. The promised arrival date had come and gone before they even bothered to ship them out.

Horrible communication. Times when it's impossible to get someone on the phone. You can't leave a voice mail at their parts department; it just kicks you back to the phone robot.

Asked to speak to a manager due to the horrible service I was receiving, she didn't call me back, either.

When I returned the parts, they charged me a hefty restocking fee, despite the fact that I didn't even open most of the boxes. Then the guy on the phone had the nerve to sound like he was doing me a favor by accepting the return quoting a 15 day window, even though I was well within that window, and the shipment to me was 14 days LATE.

I'll never do business again. Not worth it. Between shipping to me and shipping back and their bullplop restock fee, I don't even want to share how much money I lost. But, whatever. I'll pay the extra for the local dealer, or another dealer, next time. Customer service is worth a few extra bucks to me.

I tried ordering oil filters from them.... First they wouldn't process the order without a VIN, then sent me an email saying I was high risk for fraud so they needed photo ID. Yeah ok, sounds like a shady outfit.
