I've got an Iphone 14 with an Zagg case. It won't charge through the case when placed in the charging cradle. Works fine without the case. Anybody successfully using a case on a iph 14 that works with the cradle? Which case? thanks

if it connects intermittently at all, try moving to the left (away from the raised portion of the charger) 1/4-1/2". I do have to move it around a little once in a while, but that makes sense with the shitty roads around here and it moving a bit from time to time.

I switched to an OtterBox, which has been working perfectly with my charging cradle. It seems like some cases just don't allow for the right kind of connection because of their thickness or material.

Besides, I have some cases from here. They have a variety of cases, and you might find one that's compatible with your charging setup.

Does the MagSafe silicone really work?

Mine shows “connected and charging“ if I believe the lights/icons but I always get the message of an obstruction and then it just seems to maintain the current charge level.

when I take the case off it actually charges beyond the current level
