Has anyone used this combination on their 3rd Gen Tundra?

    Aren't those both tonneau covers?

One is a trifold, and one a retractable. How would one use those in combination?

The Rock N Lock comes with a roll up tonneau cover. I am interested in just the Rock N Lock since I already have a Bak Flip.upload_2024-2-29_8-14-1.jpg

Ahhhh, Rock n lock... That makes way more sense.

Your thread title said Roll n lock.

I had a rolling cover on my Tacoma. I liked it, but there are some cons:

—the front canister takes up space/bed depth.
—the drain tubes, these hang down and can get hit/get in the way.
—deciding what to do with the drain tubes to get water out. Drill holes vs let the water run out on its own path. Other cover designs just try to keep the water out and don’t need the drain tubes.
—weight. It’s not as light as a folding cover
    — removing completely is a chore and storage, takes up space with the side rails attached. All of that said it liked it and it worked for me.
For my tundra, I ordered a Peregon HDX aluminum folding cover. I like that it’s light weight and the cover is easily removed. Here is the slider:

I had been using a cargo bar (Like $20 at Harbor Freight) but I haven't used it since ditching the POS drop-in plastic bedliner that came in my truck and getting the full Bedrug.

Things don't slide around anymore unless I want them to... love it! I keep a short pole with a hook in the bed, and I can easily pull or push just about anything around in the bed without having to get in, but then they stay there.

If I put my generator, propane tanks, or something that I'm worried about it tipping over I just throw a strap or bungee around 'em to the deck rail or tiedown point.
