I think you found a different company than the one I used. Looks like there’s more than one local company with the same name. My guy is out of Splendora.
Regardless it looks like Albert does great work and him being a veteran is a big plus!

Ceramic job done after 2 days of work. I went the System X Max G+ route with 10 years warranty conditioned by an annual round if maintenance coating which is around $150. Looks awesome to me and the local shop here in Houston was awesome.

Yes the guy was pretty good actually, he knows what he is doing and the price was really competitive. Product looks OK as well so I guess is a win win. Thanks again partner

Truck looks great....I have some questions. First....if you don't mind....how much did they charge you for the job itself? I understand if you'd prefer not to say. Did they do a multi-step or single step correction prior to the application of the coating? Did they give you advice on proper maintenance of the coating, including washing instructions and car soap recommendations? Is the warranty voided if you do not go back every year for the maintenance service? Did they give you a detailed list of what they will do for this maintenance service?

I will share the price privately if that's ok. It was very competitive for sure.
They did use the two step correction prior to the application of the coating. It was a 2 days job. There wasn't much to correct since this truck was brand new and never been through a car wash. He said there was some very minor swirl but really nothing.
In terms of maintenance in order not to void the 10 year warranty I can only use a touchless car wash or by hand and every year I have to put a maintenance coat with one of the System X product. Other than that is good to go.
The registered warranty place will send me a reminder every year to do the maintenance with one of their certified shops.

And today it rain and ceramic really does work

If u did apply the boost annually (I suggest semi-annual pending your driving environment) by yourself, just use a less aggressive clay before applying the boost

I have wax that does better and cost WAY less. Also claying the vehicle DOES NOT remove old protectant!

That’s easy man, as I’ve done all of the above. Ur wax is going to last long compared to a true ceramic with proper prep. Clay will help remove containments in the paint. Been there too

That's just wrong as Claying a car will NEVER remove all what is required when applying real Ceramic to make it last as long as it can. Sorry but just ask someone who does it for big bucks. Maybe what you did was not correct! Also you have no idea what product I was referring to! Ceramics are only as good as the application and the sprays ARE NOT the same thing! Do you detail cars for a living?

If I’m gonna ceramic a vehicle, I will do claybar before either a 1-step polish or 2 stage correction (pending condition of vehicle paint) and no, but I do it on the side. Fully legit :D
Edit: I don’t do the sprays for a true ceramic.

Simple question. Do you detail cars for a living? Keeping it short and simple cleaning the paint is more complicated depending on its condition and claying could be a waste of time. Someone who does this for a living would know and not reference what you have. I hope your cars or other vehicles come out to your satisfaction. Take care!

    Howdy, y'all.

I don't own a detail company, but I slept in a holiday in last night.

Internet forum folks come in all sorts - and some folk think everything is a right-fight.
