Have had a retrax tonneau on my truck for a little over a year now and have recently found that after I go for a drive the right side of the cover moves towards the cab and leaves the whole thing at a slight angle and won't seal properly. Has anyone else dealt with this issue and possibly know a fix?

Interesting that it's always the right side shifting... I would probably loosen all the clamps on that side, square it up, then re-torque everything and see if it persists.

Is it attached/clamped to the bed edge or do you have the deck rail system?
My undercover flex would never stay clamped to the bed edge, I got a deck rail system and the proper clamps and it hasn't moved since.

Mine was having an issue and when I looked in to it, I bent the rode on the passenger side on one of more full loads. I bent it back and it locks like it is supposed to and has ever since.

My guess is the track is fine, but the bed cover is slipping because the rod that applies tension is bent which prevents it from getting a good grip

I do have the bed rail system. I haven’t tried retorquing it yet been busy and just haven’t had time. Gonna try to look into it this week and will attach some pics. Thank y’all for the responses

    BZ to Retrax...

I called them yesterday about the rails and mounting clamps on my retrax XR cover. The grooves on the clamps and rail mounting points both had stripped flat due to offroad vibrations, Yes I did tell them that too as well as That I have my bed rack with RTT mounted in the track system. I asked if I could get replacements and what the cost would be. They asked for my address and said they will ship out this week I should have them by next Friday...
No cost to me. now that is standing behind your products.

now about the bent rods... call them they can replace that mechanism also.

Retrax has longer alignment screws availabe which can help with that. your rails are likely a little to wide and the right side clamp is not making good contact on the rail. the pin on the clamp is also adjustable.

I think I found the issue. Crawled under last night and one of the silver clamps had completely fallen off. Took it out and gonna reinstall tonight

Ha! Yeah, that could probably do it! That'd be a pretty easy fix, hope it works.

Saw the spot where it fell from so should be able to put it back up. Gonna make sure all others are tight. Thank yall again for all the help!

I would suggest taking some measurements to make sure it's nice and square when you torque everything.

Got the bracket put back on and measured everything to be square. Went for a drive and I think it’s actually worse than it was before. Think I’m gonna end up calling the shop that installed it as it should still be under warranty. Thank y'all again for the help!
