That does look pretty nice and oem. I like the power button too if you just store your phone there and don't need a charge. But 200 bones seems steep for something like this.

Yeah, $200 is a bit steep but I was considering it. Checked out shipping costs on the site and the cheapest option was $40. No thanks.

Would be great to have more detail like EEF gives. Don't understand limiting it to 10W (I hope that's 10W each side?), some phones accept 18W of wireless charging, certainly 15W.
I'm holding out a bit longer for EEF's double charger. Would be great to have an update...

I emailed EEF yesterday asking about the dual charger and they replied today with this:

So hopefully they're still working on it and we'll see it someday.

Nice to see you got a response from them. I have tried to contact the several times over the past few months and have gotten zip from them.

I am watching this thread as well. Hoping EEF comes out with there dual charger soon at a reasonable price. I looked at the NSV charger and for $199 plus $40 for shipping is too expensive. The charger in my 24 Sequoia does not charge any phone with a case unless it has a very thin case. Anything thicker, it will not work. Tried 3 different cases and no luck. Really like the idea of a dual charger.

I bought the dual NSV charger from Slee and it works great. I have a Magbak case on a 11 Pro Max and it charges every time.

I don't understand the criticism about the looks of it, and I'm very particular with what I buy. Once it's installed, you don't even notice it's there.

I am about ready to pull the trigger on it myself. I thought it looked pretty good myself, but a little pricey. Was hoping to see what EEF had for there's. But I think there done for, no reply to emails.

I actually liked the look too with the power buttons (if they are buttons). The main issue is $250, there's no way it cost $40 to ship.

I don’t mind the looks of it at all either, I think it looks fine. But damn, it’s a bit spendy at $250.

EEF surprisingly replied to my email this week as noted in my post above, but they're STILL in the "final stages." Maybe everyone who is interested should all email/ fill out their online contact request to show more interest. But then again too much demand and they'll probably charge $250 as well.

I looked up the shipping on UPS and at 5 pounds it is correct. But I doubt the thing weighs 5lbs.

A usps flat rate small box is $10 and medium box is $18. The boxes are free as well. I suppose $20 max but double that is crazy for a small plastic item. Amazon/ Walmart ship me 100 lbs of dog food for free monthly.

Agreed, I even called them, left a message as well as email. No response from the seller. I am going to try to see if I can get it from somewhere else. Will take some researching/phone calls. NSV products are usually pretty good, they made the hood led light bar for the 2nd Gen Tundra. They are out of Dubai.

Ok, I emailed another seller who sells NSV products to see if they can get these. And I emailed NSV themselves to see what they say about pricing and availability. Let's see if I get any responses.

@ryanjay11 I purchased and installed the NSV dual charger from Slee Offroad and noticed the power button has to be turned on every time I want to charge. Is this the case for you as well?

Yes, it defaults to off. It doesn't bother me to hit the button when I put my phone on the charger.

Yesterday I installed the Slee OffRoad provided NSV dual wireless charger in my 2023 Tundra Limited. My truck has the larger center display, and it came with nice stuff but I found it odd to at the Qcharge option was not included for almost 60k. So it goes.

My wife’s new Crown is not the higher trim level but it did come with wireless charging built in or I wouldn’t even have noted the absence.

Yes it was spendy but I wanted it so…. Came quickly and the instructions downloaded and printed out seemed relatively straightforward.

Im embarrassed to note that I didn’t know at first where the freaking starter battery was. That milestone passed it went pretty easily. The little tab that releases the shift knob was sorta puzzling to locate but it is really really tiny. Thing lifts off without a hiccup when you know where to find that tiny tab.

The most difficult disassembly was removing the plastic dull-chrome painted trim piece that wraps the front end of the console/switches. Just tough to be able to pull rearward at the right place with enough of a grip to pop it free without fukkin it up. I used a flat rectangular cabinet scraper eased into the juncture and was able to pop off one side at a time with nothing broken.

The absolute toughest part was, for me, fishing the wiring harness down from the dash-top cigarette lighter tray area to the back of the ultimate location of the charger pads. A real bitch, but finally was able to run a bare piece of 14ga copper wire behind the LED screen and down to where it needed to end up. Bent a hook in it, taped it and Bob’s your uncle.

I freaked out for a minute when I energized back up before buttoning all the bits back in place and the charging didn’t appear to start up. Didn’t realize that I had to push the little button above whatever side of the charger you’re on to start it up.

That if is not possibly the highest power/ fastest charging speed in the world bothers me not a bit. Newer iPhones have phenomenal battery life already.

Anyway, about two hours effort, I now could do another in prolly 30 mins. Well worth it, IMHO.

Easy install on the NVS, what a different. Not a fan of having to turn it on with a button but whatever it works! Phone charges immediately, no problems. Highly recommend.
