Who has a 2003 Terminator 3 edition tundra?

 

I'll be honest, didnt know this was a thing.

MotorTrend: A direct tie-in with this summer's action film "T3: Rise of the Machines," the Terminator 3 Special Edition package offers unique interior and exterior enhancements such as a full color-keyed appearance package including a custom grille, T3 badging and graphics, fog lamps and 17-inch magnesium-toned alloy wheels. The interior features distinctive Dark Charcoal perforated leather seats, and metallic-appearance interior trim on the dash.
Performance enhancements in the T3 Special Edition include a sport suspension that features Tokico shocks, a limited slip differential, heavy-duty stabilizer bar and a Toyota Racing Development (TRD) dual exit exhaust.

The Tundra T3 Special Edition package is offered on Tundra SR5 Access Cab 4X2 V-8 models in two exterior colors, Black and Imperial Jade Mica. The T3 Special Edition package, which will have a limited production of approximately 850 and will include the SR5-grade Value Package and color-keyed overfenders, will carry a price of $5,585. (Package option I’m assuming?)

 

My grandfather still has his completely stock T3 Tundra. I didn't realize only 850 were made!

 

I have a T3 Tundra I just picked up off a guy in Arkansas. Around 130k miles on it, and he was the original owner from 2003. I cannot find many others on the internet who have one. This one came stock in the Imperial Jade Micha, which some people say was an option, and some say wasn't. Would love to find another T3 owner.

I hope not. That movie was absolute trash.

 

I wish the T3 truck was based on the regular cab long bed truck that was seen in the movie.

 

I have the Jade one with 233k miles and I am the original owner. Well maintained too.
I love this truck. I do need a new (work) truck soon. What should I do?
I'd like to find someone to restore and update it so i can drive it another 20yrs.

 

Welcome here! I would be doing a restoration and finding a beater, maybe a 95 Nissan hardbody work truck.

 

I have a T3 that I bought new. I've seen 2 others in 20 years. I need a new grill. Mine is broken on a few of the mounting points.

 

I have a T3 Tundra as well number 814 of 850.

Same thing with mine the mounting points on the grill broke several years back but I was able to repair them with J-B Weld. Just don't do like me and think it will be fine and not tape them in place. I came back to one that was about 1/8th inch off on the hole alignment, so I just drilled out the hole a bit bigger and got it to fit.

I haven't even broken 74k miles on mine yet. Paint on the bumper, hood and roof are in rough shape though. Looking to get it repainted this year.
